getting over set backs in manifestation

Ok this is what has happened, I have set an intention for more money and I think I am doing everything right. Unfortunately, I have just had a set back which is that I have actually lost money. It is the exact opposit to what I am intending. Ouch.!!!! I think I may have sabotaged my original intention because of all kinds of limited beliefs but this does not help me in the here and now. I have made a step back and I need to get 'back on the saddle.' How do I keep my faith and not waver from my intention when firstly, this has happened and lastly I can't see a way of getting back to my original intention.

What if you didn't fall off the saddle?

What if it's not a setback but a previous intention that manifested?

Could it be that you are manifesting properly, it's just that a little patience may be necessary?

Perhaps this incident is protecting you from something far worse.

In other words, can you let go of figuring out what is going on?

As one great businessman and inventor put it...

Quote:

"You can't connect the dots looking forward. You can only connect them looking backwards, so you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something--your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever--because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well-worn path, and that will make all the difference." - Steve Jobs
So let go of making your positive manifestations the source of your happiness. Maybe that's the lesson for you to learn, so you can manifest more later?

Sounds wise, my Friend...But as you know some times ( or most times) we are our biggest enemies and obstacle-creators.
Besides , it's only very human and natural to make up worries and worries.

Most are unable to get rid of all that.

Persistence and the belief that all great men are also great failures should be ingrained inside of you.

To get back to the right intention, I suggest that you keep visualizing the results. It helped me and it might help you too.

You are ALWAYS manifesting, right now your manifesting the computer in front of you, and the room you're in.

When we manifest, let go of expectations or how some things are supposed to happen. Sometimes bad things happen for better things to happen, and just simply trust that whatever you're experiencing is the right thing for you.

When you start worrying about it, you send out another manifestation, to attract more of what you don't want.

Manifestation is purely about your emotions, as this is your gateway to communcation with the ethereal, with conciousness and the universe.

1. Think of what you want

2. How does thinking and having this make you feel (This is the most important step, as how you feel is how you manifest things, not the image in your brain of what you want (This acts only to help you feel). In other words, you don't need any image/scenario at all in your head in order manifest, if you can achieve the same emotions and feelings from other means (meditation, relaxation etc etc)

3. Keep feeling good, stay positive and your manifestation will come to you

I look at it this way: things manifest instantly on an energetic level, but it takes time for that energy to translate into your physical reality.

That means that when you start consciously intending for something new and better, you've still got a lot of old intentions in the works. They've built up momentum, so despite your shiny, new intentions they will still manifest.

And I swear that the force of the new, conscious, focused intentions seems to push that manifestation into being even faster--it's like they give the old, unconscious intentions a huge push from behind in order to get them out of the way! So it's not at all uncommon for things to go to hell for a while when you first start putting a lot of conscious energy into manifesting something better. Manifest for money? You'll lose some, at first. Manifest for a new house? Your old one will start falling down around your head.

The best way to deal with it, in my experience, has been to recognize it as unfinished business that has to be cleared away, and ride it out. Don't panic, don't despair, and don't let go of your new intention. If you can find a way to laugh at the crazy circumstances you're in, do. I like to look at what's happening and ask, "What thinking brought that into being?"--because once I've identified those old beliefs, I can more effectively over-write them with something better. So when I have this kind of experience, I thank it for what it's teaching me.
