Born in the spirit to manifest

Spirit is source energy.
Spirit is God.
Man is born in the spirit.
The spirit occupies the body as it has to be housed to allow you to experience.
The spirit is the fulcrum that allows for the presence of Source Energy in our bodies.
Hence we all are blessed with the DNA of God.
While no being occupies their body after death, they will always be alive in spirit because spirit is energy and energy is equally present in all places at the same time and is neither created nor destroyed. Is what Ihave learnt from this forum.

Before this explanation given above on spirit, mind, body assembly I was in the dark . I am now begining to understand the fundamentals of being born first with the spirit and then the housing of the spirit in the flesh and blood body and the tenure of the spirit within the lifespan of that given as if for each individual a different pay packet of time is given on this earth.
Am I right on the explanation above of have I gone off the truth.

A further question would be to determine on who decides on the length of the life time span on earth of the spirit within the housing....
If there is a sudden uncalled for tenure end - death....who decides on this action. The mind, the body or the spirit who is which is God inferred et al.
What if there is an accident....
