Spooky Action at a Distance

I dont' want to make too big a deal of this, but I might have "manifested" someone quitting at my office. What I mean to say is that I certainly did not take any action to compel this person to quit, nor did I cause it to be arranged in any "managerial" or "personnel" way, nor was I rude or unpleasant to this person to cause that person to want to quit to be far away from me.

What I mean is that I was aware that I enjoyed the office so much more without the particular presence of a person. So, if I did "manifest" that person quitting that person's job at my office, it would have been purely on a free-choice level. That is to say, I simply manifested an alternate version of myself, where I worked at an alternate version of my office, where an alternate version of the person in question, freely chose to quit employment at my office. This happened a few days ago.

Wow. Scary stuff. As Einstein would say, "spooky action at a distance." I'll bet a few of you out there have done this before.

Can you explain the steps and how many days it took you to manifest this situation?
I am trying something similar. So far I have got rid of quite a few undesirable elements from my life. But still there are some I have been unable to wish away.

I'd say I released any expectation that any type of relationship, good or bad, would be sustainable. I think that was the trigger to the manifestation of that person's disappearance, which "manifested" within about two months.
