Just like a number of people who grace this forum I am a massive fan of Bashar. I decided to keep to a philosophy of following my highest excitement daily and to go with the flow of my higher self when travelling the river of life. I managed this with great success for months and then I was seemingly led to a job which I embrassed in the same way. I had fun, connected and did everything I thought I should do until WAM ! I was finished with the reason that I was not doing the job properly. To say I was upset is an understatement. It was not only a massive shock but I also believed the exact opposit, that I was in fact doing a great job. Now, what I am asking is this.. If I am attracting my own reality and manifested this, then why would I do this and I wasn't thinking in negative terms about work. If it is my subconscious which is ruling the show then what is the point of consciously trying to manifest anything as life is so random and at any time, just when you would have thought you had everything figured out it will hit you with a negative. It has put a dent in my confidence to manifest.

What happened could be for your own good. Maybe your soul needed this experience to progress in evolution. I'm not sure if it's true (I'm waiting for comments on the thread I just started here in the IM section).

Or it could be that you were too attached to the outcome, instead of enjoying the process.

This job was a stepping stone for you and your energy went beyond it.
Keep maintaining your positive energy and greater things are awaiting for you.

Yes, I agree that my soul journey may be the reason as it is not the path I should be using but then how on earth do I know which way to go now when I was trying hard to succeed. I feel that now I may fail and am dithering about taking this kind of work. I know I can steer my mind and I am seeing what I can learn from this experience but its a tough one. I do not want to keep sabatoging myself. I know I need to earn money but I have also intended to have money come to me from different directions and I have no idea what other type of work to do if I move completely away from this area of work.

Apols for the vagueness of this post. I guess this is how I feel. I am surely manifesting the job situation, jobs keep appearing to me from this kind of work and for some reason I allow myself to be unavailable and I need the money. It doesn't make sense to me.

From the programs i listen to it it says that whenever you dont get exactly what you want, be grateful and soon something even better would come.

The main thing is dont get discouraged, the thing you spoke about your subconscious, you have to fill yourself with your vision. Meditate and dwell upon all the small details, this fills your being including your subconscious

Never give up, I know that you can do it.

I don't think that the LOA fails you but instead it is giving you encouragement.

Most of the times such things happen when your unconscious intentions are more powerful than the conscious ones. Don't worry about the why. Decide what you really want in your heart and go about achieving it. Good luck.

Maybe having a "job" is not your highest excitement?.The structure of how we work,money,manufacturing,banking is all undergoing massive changes,Your higher self knows the road ahead.maybe its guiding you in another direction?.We are conditioned to believe that our support for our needs and the things we want can only come through certain avenues,And it all requires money.You Must work, have a "business" or inherit wealth.,Bashar is emphatic that it is all SIMPLE PHYSICS.What you put out is what you get back.Ask your self,honestly,deeply if you believe that the Universe will support you NO MATTER WHAT.Then contemplate what comes up.It will give you the insights about your current situation.Check out,If you have not already,Bashar's "Flipping The Switch" seminar.Its the most lucid explanation I have heard yet on the process.Particularly what he says about specificity and the higher self.

Bashar's philosophy has nothing to do with you keeping or not keeping a job. If you are following his brand of LoA, it did not fail you. He would tell you to simply continue following your highest excitement.

Thankyou for this. Jak, yes I will look at Bashar's video. I have constantly found all the information coming from Bashar as inspiration. Well, previous to taking the job I was pretty adamant that I would not take any more of this type of work but then it just appeared in front of me and it seemed like it was my destiny to go along and do it. I then enjoyed it but I guess I already had in my mind that I wanted money and this was the reason I took the job. It is helpful though making sense of why it happened as I had forgotten of the randomness of life. Perhaps we are not meant to be in control as much as I for one thought.
