I Became Fearless
Really, this is true. All the credit goes to Farouk. One thing I have read in your articles is, “Knowledge is the Power”. YES…YES…I made it.
I used to fear a lot when I was alone at night. All different size of monsters and evils images used to came in my mind and thus I am not been able to sleep at home. I was tired of this situation ad want to do something to escape from it. After everything I failed. Then the Farouk’s article came in the picture and I got the opportunity to test it in the reality. First of all we will see what Farouk’s article has said. He said that, the person fears because of the lack of proper knowledge. He has explained how the chain process starts and eventually ends up in emotions of fear. First thing is the self talk. I used to self talk myself like, now the devil is coming, devil is here only and he will hurt me or murdered me. Then my emotions have triggered experiencing the fear of emotions, being stressed, not sleeping, etc.
As explained above I did it in my mind and when I was alone at home I did this procedure. Like, When the thought has came in my mind that, here is the devil, I immediately said to myself “what rubbish are you talking about?” this is just yourself talk which may trigger your emotion of fear and you will experience the fear in your reality. All of the sudden I dis-identify myself with that bad thoughts and as the result is I remained alone for 5 days without fearing a little bit. And now I can confidently say that I don’t fear staying alone at night. Thus I became fearless regarding sleeping alone at night. And like this slowly I will dis-identify myself with other limited beliefs and install the new ones which will be in my favor. Earlier it seems so difficult but it seems very easy.

Well I only get scared if I watch a scary movie before bed.But then I watch something funny and have a few beers.. then everything fades away. So yeah I used to really fear monster when I was child, because I used to think they were real.

Well done! What you have actually done is what in NLP is called Anchoring. You have anchored positive messages to yourself to replace less useful ones! The anchors are the things that you call "triggers"
Also, all fear is only created by our mind distorting reality anyway.
