Karma and Manifestation

What is the meaning of Karma....
Does it apply to everybody.
I beleieve there is a good Karma and a bad karma taking place each moment of your life.
How do you get the Good Karma for you.
Manifestation becomes relevant they say if the Karma for you is good.

To get good Karma, be a good person. Help others. Go out of your way for others. Help a stranger... etc.

From my perspective, karma is a word which refers to the balance of distortions in consciousness.

Distortion is equivalent to illusion. Much like water seeks its own level, these distortions naturally work themselves out. Karma is the force that causes consciousness to naturally gravitate back to balance or undistorted awareness of its unified nature.

All karma is essentially positive in nature in that it is all the working out of illusion. However, from the human perspective it is sometimes interpreted as negative because those experiences which are necessary for a particular illusion to be seen through, or worked out, are sometimes difficult or, occasionally, even traumatic to the consciousness experiencing it.

Karma isn't a punishment type of thing. "Good" karma is how this "working out of illusion" is interpreted when one isn't dealing with really strong illusions. The experiences that one attracts, or manifests, when one is relatively not that distorted are "softer" or "subtler" experiences. Less sharp. Less contrast. These are less severe "lessons" if we were to relegate ourselves to that sort of terminology.

The best thing you can do to let go of so called negative karma is to be honest with yourself, and to forgive yourself (and others).

I believe Ester Hicks has spoken of Karma being merely the law of attraction, which is logical.
