Emotions and Manifestaton
We live in an emotions filled world.
We are in'the feelings that count'.
I believe there are positive and negative emotions.
Thoughts bring in emotions.
And we are always thinking.
So, therefore we are filled with emotions.
All emotions bring results.
Good and bad.
If I feel nice and easy with a thought I am with good emotions
If I feel out of sync then the driver is a bad emotion.
As I do not like to feel out of sync I negate the bad emotion.
I know that a bad emotion will bring in a bad experience so I control them.
This is the first reflex action I automatically take by default.
The more I control or suppress this bad emotion which makes me feel uneasy I seem to be getting more of that which I am trying to avoid.
AS i RESIST THESES BAD EMOTIONS I seem to be loosing ground on the feeling good position and I am too weak to climb back up the ladder.
What do I do...any suggestions....?
