| Hi all, I had a question in regards to visualization. I have a certain environment I would like to manifest into my life (a new apartment). I can clearly visualize the space in my mind and usually my process takes about 10 minutes, seeing myself walking in that space and decorating the space and the feeling of the floor, windows, curtains and door opening etc... I also integrate the emotions I'd feel in my visualization such as comfort joy and anything else that comes to me. My question is about the after process, when I'm done visualizing and I go about my day is it ok to think about the apartment still and then to just let it go every now and then, I know letting go is important I'm just worried that because the intensity isn't present that the thoughts won't manifest in my reality... I hope you know what I mean by this.... but what would you guys recommend me in my visualization process. I tend to have moments where I think about the place and me in it, and then I forget about it entirely... ping-pong sort of effect, and then is it okay to be quite specific about location and environment...? Thank you all, Cheers!! |

The successful visualizations go something like this for me:
But if I can manage to visualize my goal as being real in this moment, every day for at least 2 weeks, it ALWAYS gets done. |

Most of my most successful manifestations have come after actually forgetting about having intended them in the first place. It seems that whenever I dwell on them too much that I run into problems, wondering about and questioning the how/when/where of it all. Sometimes I think about this and wonder, just how many intentions should be enough to manifest anything? I'm thinking: only once. One, good, properly performed intention. Historically, I've believed that more and more intentions will speed up the process, as if I'm putting more effort to 'build' a manifestation, but really, intending is just that: putting forth a request to the universe. The universe then takes over and does the rest, scheduling and arranging things to make the manifestation happen. |

Well thanks guys you've been much help in calming me down, I also think letting go seems natural at this point otherwise the desire turns into obsession which turns into worry so... a heartfelt manifestation is probably the best for me. Cheers. |

I also noticed that I've used a process similar to the one that SlicK described(unknowingly, as it was before I learned about IM). | |
