Low energy from LOA?
I have been consciously using the LoA for a little while and it's going great!
I am continuing to bring my vibe up. Mostly I feel great, things are going great, I'm making all kinds of self-improvement and progress, positive things are happening/changing in my life, my health is improving, etc. It's all wonderful.
My question is that while most of the time I feel very energetic(which is NOT normal for me, before I was low energy) and very joyful, I will then have low swings in which I feel super tired and was actually feeling "under the weather" a bit; sore throat, achy in my body, etc.
Mostly now it's just feeling super tired at times. Why is this? How do I counter act this low swing? It feels like I pouring out all this wonderful, joyful positive energy and then I suddenly feel drained and super tired. Do I just need to give myself time to grow and adjust?

To me it feels like strength training but in reverse and not at the same time.
Let me explain that a little better.
The way I look at it is like a light switch. When it's flipped up, you're in a state of abundance and high energy. When it's flipped down, you're tired and apathetic. There are forces in your life, habits, environment, conscious thoughts, etc. pushing both up and down on this lightswitch. When you first start shifting your vibe it's mostly conscious thought pushing up and habits pushing down. When you relax, your habits flip the switch back to exhaustion and low-energy until you can muster your strength to push it back up again.
As you keep working with it you'll both get better at pushing with conscious thought and start to dismantle those habits that are holding you down. You can make changes in your environment and social circles to help accelerate the process and it builds and builds and builds until finally you hit the point where the default state of your switch is up instead of down. Then presto! New vibe.
That's a bit of an oversimplification, of course, but basically you just have to keep at it. If one angle (conscious thought) wears you out after a while, try another. Look at your environment, the people you hang out with, find anything else that resonates more with your old vibe than the new one, then dumb it.
In short, just keep at it! It sounds like things are going really well!

Thank you Traikan for your reply!
That makes total sense, I will just keep working at it. I will also carefully look over my life and see where I can make positive adjustments to support my new vibe and where I can cut some things out. I'll also add several things I know brings my vibe up, such as daily exercise, and good music.
Thank you AngelPsychic for your suggestion, I am already on supplements for health and energy. I feel it's very much a emotional/mental issue rather than a direct physical issue.

No one is high energy all the time. Not without lots of drugs anyway!
