While I'm not ALG, maybe this post from about a year ago might shed some light. I'm sure he's changed it up a bit here or there, but a good place to start:

Mainstream science and beliefs

I don't often become a fan of other forum members (of any forum) but I do like following ALG's posts. I find them very inspirational. I've been following the one here:

45 Posts: Manifestation Log

...although today I found it on page three. No new updates, ALG? Are the 45 posts over already?
