Default How do you guys use LoA when exercising?

Hello,

I'm wondering do any of you consciously use LoA when exercising to get better results?

I'm a martial artist, I'm currently working on my strenght, flexibility and tumbling, I'm wondering maybe someone is working on something similar and can share LoA insights?

I like to visualize while I'm exercising. The added prana energy you're generating through your breath gives greater energy to your visualizations and makes your manifestations come through faster. It helps to learn how to breathe better. You can learn about that here:

Saying affirmations silently or aloud can be fun and effective. You can do it instead of counting or with it, if you want. You can pick one that's like a mantra or use a variety. You can also make it work with music. There are endless ideas.

Visualizing is great too, as Vince mentioned.

I practice Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, with background in Wing Chun, JKD concepts. I wouldn't say I use LoA so much as I focus on total awareness in my training. In a physical sense, that is being VERY aware of all five senses to pickup on the other's intention.

As an LoA principle, I carry myself with a certain posture of respect and dignity to begin with and I believe that attracts better training partners and training opportunities, which ultimately result in more efficient use of my training time, and more satisfying results.

You have a great assortment of physical activities you listed there, though! I think the sports in themselves will draw and keep a certain quality of character around you!
