Manifestation Success Story: Job Coach at Work

For those of you struggling with the Attraction's Law, I'm here to share an inspiring story with you all. Well, even if you are an instant-manifestor, I still would like for you to take a second to read this because there is a bit of a downside.

So I'm with my school's work enhancement program and I work as a busboy at a coffee/doughnut dining shop. I've been working their via my school's program for... well, this is my second year there so 1 and a half years? So anyway, the job coach lady (NOT boss) that worked with me whom I will call "Holly" to protect my privacy and courteously hers does not work with me anymore. She only works on Fridays. I work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Well, last year, Miss Holly worked with me on those days, and I did get to see her a few times THIS year but it wasn't in my establishment.

My new job coach is, or shall I say WAS, this younger woman named Alice (not her real name but even that I don't like her, let's respect people's privacy, shall we?) replaced her and told me at the door she was going to be my coach for the remainder of the school year, as I only work from September to June.

Last week, there was this little episode that I would much rather prefer against getting too far into, just that I made a little black mistake and she scolded me pretty harshly for it because she felt as though I and another co-worker disrepected her. I did apologize for my part in it, but it was really hurtful to me and I would much rather not work with her anymore after she threatened that it will go to my bosses, who I actually like and get along with, and will possibly cause my termination. I did speak with my boss about it.

So the night afterwards, I made a command to the universe that (actually that DAY) Miss Holly McLaughlin would replace Miss Alice and Miss Alice would be removed from the worksite. I don't even know Alice's last name! But guess what? Miss Alice was absent on Wednesday and replaced with a substitute! And guess what else else! Miss Alice wasn't there on Thursday either!

Here's the Thursday thing: I was told that there was a new job coach whom I will call Sally. It was NOT MISS HOLLY! Dang it! But at least the Universe got rid of Miss Alice for me! My boss was showing around Sally the ins and outs of our job and stuff like that and it leads me to believe that Sally is my job coach from now on! I'm just hoping that Alice will not be at work the day after I posted this, either!

Why doesn't the Universe replace her with Miss Holly yet?

And "Miss Alice", if on some very strange occassion you just happen to be reading this and know who I am, I honestly do regret the fact that you felt we disrespected you and I even applogized to you, but you need to understand that I felt disrepected with the way you made a mountain out of a molehill by the way you scolded me over it and a part of me regrets that I apologized to you from the door. I do not necessarily mean any disrespect against you by opening this thread but if you felt as though I have, I will not apologize this time but I really did want you out and yes, I did actually complain to my boss about you (and that's probably how you just... vanished... not that the "how" in manifesting matters anyway) but just understand that if you're going to scold students in that manner as you did with me, they are not going to want to work with you.

I think If I want to manifest someone out of my environment like from a workplace I would simply wish that they would get a job better than the current one and that they would be so satisied and happy in their new job that he/she would be a pleasure for the other coworkers to have him/her around.
That way I would have done the highest good for me,that person and all concerned and wouldnt have to feel guilty about it later on. If you simply wish someone out of your reality they might as well die or something nasty might happen to them and I am sure you wouldnt want that.

Whenever I write an affirmation I include the statement"This will happen in ways that are for the highest good of me and of all concerned" And there is a marked diference in the frequency and nature of manifestation when I include this.

But you don't really know what the highest good for others is. A better job may not be best for a perosn and it may not necessarily make them a happier or nicer person. You only need to wish for the highest good, not design or decide on what it would be.

If you could wish for someone to be happier and nicer, you probably would not need to wish them out of your environment.

Sure Zenn, thats probably the best way to do it. But I was talking in the context of wishing someone out of your environment.Wishing something good for the person so that they gladly move out of your envi is better than simply wishing to get rid of them.

That doesnt make sense to me. I just said better but didnt mention in what way.That would be deciding. "Wish for something better for them THAT would make them happy"

I've had an experience in one such situation. We had a real grumpy professor in my of college. He would give us huge volumes of exacting homework and didnt show any interest in explaining the concepts properly. Initially I tried to manifest that he'd take better classes and give us lesser homework. It didnt work out because I think couldnt really imagine him being nice in our class because it was totally unlike him. So I wished he'd get something better to do that he'd so happy and content to do that everyone is happy with his new job. Like 2 weeks later he was swapped with another prof who was very knowledgeable and gave us very interesting assignments.
Do you know what happened to the grumpy prof? He was transferred to take lab class and research work with senior students. When I inquired with my senior friends most of them seemed to enjoy his class and thought he was an extremely knowlegeable in his subject. In my senior year he was one of my project guides and was very friendly and resourceful and seemed to enjoy doing hands on work.

See, I had no idea he would be more interested in labwork than theoretical stuff. I simply wished he'd get something better that would make him and everyonehappy and it did.
