Thinking Positivly/Wishfully And Multi-Tasking
Hello I would like to type about positive thinking or wishful thinking and how it affects you.

I myself have been a positive and wishful thinker since the law of attraction was released
Ever find on a dull tired day you try and think positive to try and turn your mood around, but it return you find yourself a little “out of it”. Its because your brain is tired and and it is having a hard time concentrating on the real world and your thoughts.
Its common for this to happen, In my personal experience a cup of coffee might help, but I have been taking ginseng tablets lately and have found them to be amazing in balancing this. It gives me a good boost and allows me to concentrate on both my thoughts and allows me to be social at the same time without the bad caffeine side effects.
I was also searching up ginseng and found that it also helps with memory and cognition.
You can buy this at almost any drug store, non prescription. I suggest this to people who are feeling this out of it feeling when trying to think positive throughout the day.
