Default Good example of beliefs creating our reality

My some Beliefs
One very good example of how beliefs affect our reality. I have observed one of my belief about myself is that, I always thought that I am better than Prem (One of my coworker in article writing etc) so all my experiences have proven to me that I am best than prem. But the opposite thing has happened with Shilpi (another Coworker). I always thought that, Shilpi is better than me in writing articles etc.

Why I think I am better than Prem: - I would like to explain this with the writing skills. Sir has asked us to write the research chapters and after submitting it to sir, he said that, Jaideep’s chapters are good and makes proper sense whereas Prem’s chapters were not that good according to sir. So I thought I am better than Prem

Why Shilpi is better than Me: - Its exactly the same above. My Project director has said and praised Shilpi’s articles and chapters are good then mine and hence I started thinking that Shilpi’s articles are good than me.

I have considered my chapters are lower than shilpi’s and better than prem’s hence that came in my reality. Hence consider your ideas very worthy than others. Like I have started that I am very good leader than others. I have very good creativity in developing the IEC materials in disaster management. I am very good at every aspect of my life.

I want to be better than Shilpi: - In order to be better than Shilpi, first I have to challenge my belief by stopping thinking that her chapters were good than me. Whereas I need to think that my chapters were very nice than Shilpi then only my confidence will grow up. For this I need to be developing some skills. Those skills are, accurate writing skills, understanding the concept more clearly etc

It's a great example to show how the mind manipulates reality and creates another. Very clever.

I'm confused here. Is there wordplay going on, with the grammar being what it is, as well as the subject of the post? Or, is the post sincere, notwithstanding the grammar issues? Someone throw me a line.

If you'll notice the OP is in india, so there is some grammar issues, but I feel the post is sincere in it's intent.

Isn't it more important to remove your limiting belief that you are not good enough?

Maybe Shilpi IS a better writer than you. So what? Someone has to be. Only one person is the best at some specific thing in the whole world of 7,000,000,000 people. Why should it be you and who cares? Maybe it's Shilpi, probably it's not.

The goal is to be the best Jaideep you can be. Save your energy for that and help Shilpi and Prem to each be the best they can be.

Look within. Are you the best Jaideep? If not, how can you become more of what is uniquely wonderful about you?

This is the only path to fulfillment. Love and embrace others for who they are. Just remember to do the same for yourself.

Follow your bliss.

Namaste,
Ken
