What is Shamanic Techniques?

Just found this site:

According to the author, the techniques involving ancient shamanic techniques. So after browsing through the internet, I found that shamanic is a kind of way to connect with spiritual world. But I wonder if it's some kind of magick that involving dark power?

Does anybody know?

Shamanism centers around entering an otherworld or spirit world through a trance state. Like any tool, it can be used to connect with dark or light powers. Usually events, objects, and entities in the otherworld are some sort of metaphor or analogy to what's going on in our world, or consensus (objective) reality. Many native cultures use Shamanism for healing, but the trance state could just as easily be used for setting an intention.

Most of what I know about Shamanism comes from a book Trance Portation by Diana Paxson, I've attended her workshop and have some knowledge through my own practice and a few mentors.

Thanks for your explanation. I was just worried if it's kind of dark magic techniques to manifest abundance with devil force

You could do that, or you could use it to find a helper or spirit guide

Or maybe in your reality the devil is a spirit guide? Good and evil are merely judgements we place on events and people in our simulators

Shamanism isn't dark or evil. Not at all, my friend. So if that's your worry, don't worry about that! (well, I suppose theoretically it COULD be used in a "dark" way, but it's not generally. I'm sure you're fine )

LOL, a friend told me that when I talked to him about LOA principle. He said that I've been misleaded by the devil

Thanks, I just worried if it is kind of satanic ritual, because I found some pictures of ancient shamanic ritual that looks scary
