protecting yourself from nagative energy

I was at my sons football game tonight. And we lost... Bad..

The team has lost alot over the last 4 years. This is by far the best season we've had.

The problem I was having was the other parents, they started complaining about the coaching staff, winning about this and that. Okay,, we are all doing our best, I get that.

How I protect myself from the negative energy? I visualized a bubble of protection where their negative energy couldnt reach me. I have a feeling a bubble of positive energy would have been better. Anyone have a better idea?

I did manifest a touch down though. I looked at the score board, and saw us winning. We scored a touchdown within a 1 min.

Negative energy has its most power when we consider it negative.
We in a sense feed its negativity.
The idea of Loosing being negative, is one's own creation, belief and manifestation. In fact what if the loss in that game and the consequences were the greatest lesson to be learnt at that moment.

I think the approach you describe is great. I am glad for you that it worked and how remarkable that you found yourself manifesting a touchdown. Way to go.

I am in the process of shifting from negative energy to positive. For some time I have tuned into the negative. Now I use those experiences to heighten my awareness of what frequency vibrtion I am tuned to so that I can use my intentions to shift it.

Sounds like you werre able to make a shift at the football game.
