 |  Manifesting Physical Change
Hi.  This is my first post, but I have been lurking for a while. I saw Mitsy's posts on height change, and I have decided to grow taller. I am 14, so that will probably change the results, but I will hopefully grow more than should be possible at this age anyway. I intend to use visualizations, affirmations and hypnosis. For hypnosis I will be using the free grow taller sample available from deep trance now. I will aim to visualize twice a day, more if possible, and use affirmations when possible. I am currently 166.5 cm, or 5'5 and 1/2. If anyone has any tips, or past experiences with this, I would be very grateful. . Please feel free to ask any questions.

You are 14 so you are still growing anyway with no need to "manifest" growth, unless you have reasons to believe you may not grow to be a reasonably tall adult. Are your parents of normal heights? I am replying partly because I want to compliment you on you good writing, which isn't so common these days, among the young and often adults. |
