I am spending this amount on hiring a team of organizers, getting my house cleaned up and out, clothes sorted, donated and organized and everything with a punch list for necessary repairs and improvements. The remainder will be spent towards to repairs, including three or more new windows. (The winter air blows through as though nothing is there and the trafic noise from the street is quite loud.) |

| May I ask if that's the celebration for the 15th birthday? I understand that's a big thing in Central /South America... It was surely big in Cuba ( where I spent a few months in the past..Ex-wife is Cuban) Thank you .Best wishes to your niece. As for myself....$5,000 today for buying more furniture for my new house in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil Last edited by esoteric53; 10-28-2011 at 01:30 AM. |

$17,000 carried over from yesterday, plus another $12,000 today. I'm getting to where I have so much money I can't really keep track of it, and I have to refer to notes and such. I love, love, love that. I'm just basking in the warm comfort and pleasure of having great financial abundance. Yay. So. $29,000. That would buy me a luxury car (which I don't necessarily want) or a lot of exquisite jewellery (I do love jewellery, but I'm not feeling like it's something I want to buy right now). I'll spend $6000 and get myself a custom-built computer with tremendous processor power and loads of memory and a super high end video card, and donate my computer (which was just upgraded) to my kids. That leaves $23,000, and I'm going to save that over until later. |

Yep, it's the celebration for the 15th birthday. Some families have it later in order to save money for it, it can get pretty pricey. It is a huge deal for several Latin American cultures, but not all of them. The ritual itself varies by country, too. Thank you for the wishes. Did your ex-wife teach you how to dance salsa? Cuban salsa looks so fun. | |

I missed yesterday. I have no idea what to do with $19,000! I'm going to buy a second car - $7000 - and give the one I bought earlier in the game away. $12,000 for a booked trip to Europe for six months. |

first of all... Thank you for your kind reply......And thanks for your great explanation.......About my ex....Yes she actually loved ( maybe still does) to dance salsa and was great at that... If I just hummed some music with my voice she'd start to move her body rhythmically at that simple voice sound immediately...smile.... And Cuba is a fantastic place.... I was happy there.... Spènt ( in different times) like 7-8 months there... That was more than 10 years ago....Maybe I'll go back one day.... But things change and now I have other places in my mind... Brazil, currently.... Are you American? I'm Italian ( living here in Italy but I do love travelling whenever possible..Italy can get pretty boring , at least my hometown....) I wish you the Best and that all your desires may come true exactly in the order you want them to....Ciao. Now about the money......Today ....$10,000 to help out somebody currently in dire straits. $23,000 plus today's $13,000 is $46,000. I can't easily keep track of the money any more, because there's so much of it. I'm hanging on to the money today. Tomorrow it'll be a total of $60,000 and that will make a suitable down payment on a house. |

Really awesome thread idea! I am quite late, but oh well I will start day 1 anyways. Day 1: Today I found an extra $1,000 dollars just sitting in the bed of my truck. So I decided to spend it, because money comes to me easily and effortlessly. I am a money magnet. I paid the remaining $500 balance off the mattress loan. I paid the remaining $500 balance off BOA and GE credit cards. I am happy to get these debts finished a couple months early. This means less thoughts cluttering the mind.
