There's a Law of Attraction visualization technique that I've been using for years now that's kind of a hybrid of a few techniques I learned from "Creative Visualization" and a few other books.

The other day I created a video with some VFX which more or less shows what I "visualize" in my mind while doing it.

I figured it might help those people who find it hard to visualize:

Thanks for this great video. However, I have trouble to understand it clearly since my English listening skill is not good. Could someone describe step by step of the visualization in this video?

Thanks so much for this technique Paul. For some reason it really meshes well with me, more so than any other visualisation technique I've tried before. Writing down the separate aspects of the goal that make me feel good makes it more structured for me, and the energy ball itself makes it feel more concrete and it's easier for me to visualise actual energy rather than a vague intention.

I've used it over the past week a few times and I think I've felt some effects. I did one about an hour ago and it felt intense!
