Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm still new around here. But exactly what is your process for manifesting? You have the thought, I would like such and such.... then what do you do. Do you just do it immediately, do you wait for some quiet time? Do you think certain other things first? Do you try and perfect the wording? What feelings do you have about it usually (worthiness, joy, excitement, need, etc?) Bring me through your process? Does it generally work for you or not? What do you find works better or worse? |

This is what I do to set intentions: I go to alpha state. When my mind is clear I imagine a large blackboard where I write down my intention (e.g. I earn €X each month doing something that I love), then I make it disappear and try to feel how it would be if my intention had been already manifested. Enjoy that feeling a few minutes and that's all. The next days I try to be neutral about my desire, at least, not to feel bad. This is the hardest part, because if you are anxious about your desire, it surely won't manifest. Sometimes I reinforce my intention meditating about it before falling asleep or just after waking up. This process works perfectly for me |

I try and maintain a constant sense of internal joy with it. And try to maintain this as long as possible. Of course, as a human being, my emotions will change and I may feel angry or experience another negative emotion. However, I will compartmentalise it and let it subside. Essentially, if I am angry, I will feel the anger and the joy at the same time. |
