Question about Night Audio Programs (NAPs)
I've read Terri Mahaney book about using both clearing and empowering statements during sleep on a loop. She gave examples of how these statements or NAPs can remove limiting beliefs and install positive beliefs people want to have instead. I've been using these for over a month and the results aren't that clear.
So my question is... would it be possible if the ones of you who used NAPs before could say how NAPs changed the way they feel and act and what results they got with them and how much time it took? And also would it be ok if I messaged some of you personally. Because I really need to make this work.

I have to admit that I put listening to NAPs on hold for the time being. I'm in the process of completing a course with a very tight schedule and I cannot afford having to process strong negative emotions at the moment. I will resume listening to NAPs once my course is finished at the end of January next year.
Lately I experimented with NAPs that had only positive statements but they didn't make any difference to my emotional state during the day. So I guess there is no way around processing negative emotions first which can be rather uncomfortable and a bit unpredictable.
