Starting some kind of journal. Don't expect clarity here too often It can't be clearly explained or understood because it's not a material thing neither something that you DO by following some steps. It's just something you ARE. Could you explain for example how to think a thought, how to hear something in your head or how to imagine an orange? I think you "could" only if you're a stubborn, skeptical, logical guy that wants everything explained. How do you think, how do you imagine? You just do, don't you? What I call Feeling is something... you feel. It's not an emotion. It's a state, a vibration, some kind of energy. For me it's exactly the same thing that creates or shapes a dream. For example when I want to levitate in a dream, I focus on it, I visualize it, I think about it, but it happens when I FEEL it, when I feel that I am lifting up, that's when it happens. It's exactly the same in what we call reality. No, I'm not levitating in reality but I do occasionally manifest some "improbable" things in a matter of minutes, from time to time. I've always been aware of this Feeling inside that creates or affects reality but I was never fully conscious about it. I've noticed that even when I play some basketball, I have a clear feeling, I feel that it will go in before it does. Last time when I played, it's been a few years since I touched a basketball and I sucked hard at it. Then some guy gave me advice how to shoot and I got all logical about it and I sucked even more. Then pride kicked in and I wanted to prove that I'm better and I started to score: 4 out of 5 on average, one after another. I then noticed that what changed was this: instead of controlling my movement, my hands, instead of focusing on the ball or that ring where the ball goes in (don't know how it's called in english, hoop?), I focused on getting the feeling of the ball going in. I created that feeling like the ball already went in. When the feeling was clear, I just threw the ball and it went in. It worked Every time. Feeling of ball going in - score! Doubting, feeling I might not score, ball bouncing off. This made me think about my whole life and I noticed that everything works that way for me. I get what I feel. Everybody does. Some are aware of the feeling I'm talking about, some are not. Those that are not aware say it isn't true. No problem. I've decided a long time ago to change my whole way of life, whole way of thinking and doing. I'm already deep in that process but now it's the time that I feel I'm ready to document it in some way. It will probably be vague most of the times because I focus on the inside, not the outside so if logic is your thing, you won't like it. You will be able to Feel what I'm talking about. Empathy will be needed. Otherwise what I will write will be useless to you. Congratulations for reading the boring intro To be continued... |

Thanks for documenting Slick. Felt excited when I saw your post, definately think you're onto something with 'feeling'. I am trying to practice turning off my mind and feeling more, but got to admit am struggling with it. Guess it takes practice. Look forward to reading more.

It's been a few days since I had a block that I couldn't unblock regarding some money. I felt that block in my solar plexus and couldn't clear it. My brain was going nuts. I kept manifesting a little bit of money here and there, often and little. Today I decided to get involved intellectually in some game so that my brain would give less f**k about that money. I got the call exactly when I forgot about it. I know that I forgot about it because I was confused for a few seconds when I saw the name coming up on the screen of the phone. Went something like "Who? Aaaa... that guy! Why is he calling? Brain kept the block on. Brain forgot. Block cleared. Brain is onto me real hard these days since it knows I've identified the problems it creates. I want to use it, not it to use me. It has no chance of winning. I got a cool thought today that goes something like: "You've got XY years of life, use the time wisely". Gives me a whole new perspective on life. What else? I "forgot" an important "little" thing. Remembered today. A little bit of feeling sustained makes a big difference. Sat on a bench and intended to feel peace and relaxation. Did it for 3 minutes. Made a difference in my whole day. Got an idea for an interesting feeling to practice for the next nights, before going asleep. Last time I practiced that feeling... well... I won't tell you Let's see what brain has to say about that feeling. It would have to be an idiot to resist it. |

Everything has a specific vibe. The vibe may be complex just like music can be. But some parts of some vibe resemble some parts of some other vibes. For example spiritual love and sexual love may be similar in some areas. So how do you create a specific vibe? How can you know what's the vibe of money? Seems tricky, doesn't it? Well think about this: how can you imagine an orange? You saw an orange, you know how it looks like so now you can imagine it. Your imagination has been trained to some degree consciously and unconsciously. Your sixth sense, the sense of inner feeling has been trained too but mostly unconsciously. And for most people it certainly hasn't been trained to the same degree like logical thinking or imagination. The training isn't for the sense itself, it's mostly for understanding how to use it or how to interpret it. Think about intuition. You certainly had it at some points in your life. If you valued it, you trained it and you know how to recognize it when it comes. Here's the problem: lack of trust. What happens if you try to create a vibe of abundance? You feel something. Maybe you feel too little. You're not sure if that's the vibe of abundance. When you try to create it, you don't really know how. You try to use logic. You try to control it using something that doesn't control it. It's like trying to use your eyes to hear sound. That's what most of us do. We try to create a vibe using our brain and logic. We don't trust that there is a part of us specialized in recognizing and creating a specific vibe. We don't trust that just as our eyes see money and recognize it and a memory is created and we can visualize it, it's just the same for a feeling. There's some part of us that recognizes the vibe of love, fear, hate, abundance, whatever and memorizes it. That same part can then create those vibes. But we don't know about it. We don't know where that part is and how it works. But in the same way we walk through darkness by recognizing some things around us we must do with this sixth sense to understand how to use it. Learn to trust the "organ" of your sixth sense. Learn to feel your way to some vibe without the aid of logic. Logic CAN help but in most cases it doesn't, when you try to create a vibe. Like the eyes can see sound vibration in some cases but it's just an extremely small part of sound. Imagine a rubber band vibrating. You can see with your eyes how it vibrates and you can understand that what you see is connected to what you hear. But it's the ears that "understand" sound. So when you're Feeling Building™ just feel... Let logic be, let the brain try, let them be but use your sixth sense. Go through the dark. Trust that there is a part of you that does that. The more you use it, the more you learn, the more you understand, the clearer it becomes. Notice how your brain tries to control the process of Feeling Building™. Don't fight it. Accept it. It can't control it. Let it try. It will give up. Note: what you fight, you keep alive, you give energy to it, you sustain it. Ignorance takes life away from some thing and ignorance means total lack of thought about that thing, no emotion, no energy directed to it, total forgetting. Thats cool Slick , i alwyas see it about what you resist persist , but i never worry , but now i know what is... Today i wake up feeling happy , and suddenly a thought cross my mind "what if ..." so i try solve it , "it not gonna happen because..." and the brain continue " but if..." and i try solve it again ...its fighting , and when you try let go ...the brain make "smart" moves ..."its not gonna way , convince me now , because this can happen if you dont solve it now " and the chat continue...till i see your post I have this tendency in want solve all now , its the same to fighting and resisting...i will only observe for now... Good work |

Wow... the ideas he left behind are totally rewiring my brain Neville Goddard Text Archive It's exactly the kind of stuff that's been on my mind lately. I needed to see these ideas at somebody else. Couldn't find it for a while, not in such a precise unaltered form. Got sick of all that LoA regurgitated BS that you find all over the internet that has no substance to it. Simple and few words, FULL of useful information, me like Learned some new things about effective use of imagination. Cleared up a few things about sleep and prayer. Besides my usual exercises I will add a few more, plus a daily dose of this guy's stuff until it goes deep inside my autopilot programs. For those that will be interested and will also like what he wrote, you will notice that some ideas keep getting repeated over and over again. I find it great. Repetition hammers it in. The other great thing about it is that though he repeats some ideas, it's always in a brand new form, it always makes you understand something you didn't understand before. Good night! |

I like Neville , i started few times ago using what he preaches and i started feeling good day after day , but i stoped because , well, because i read a load of information about Loa that contradict themselves and this probably make me start doubting ...but i agree that he teach in a interesting way |

Experiment: I did my best to ignore the fact that when I spend money, a part of it goes away. I always try to feel as if nothing was lost/given away. I try to feel like I have the same amount, even after I spend money and even WHILE I spend it. Effect: I keep getting back what I spend, very often, unnaturally often, very fast after it's spent and always extremely close to the sum I spent. I mean, if I spend 30 dollars, I get back 31, if I spend 20, I get back 20 or 21, if I spend 5, I get back 5.25 and so on. Even a skeptic would start to wonder after so many consecutive "coincidences" and such precision. Universe will have to work hard for the amount I will spend today I love consciousness! |

If "visualizing" is not going so well for you, try this: wonder, think about, imagine, what if? How would your life be if you had what you want? Think about it, try to guess what would you do, how would you feel if you already had something you desire. Isn't it normal to ask yourself what would be different? Try it |

Got crazy in the kitchen today and practiced some acting. Wanted to see what you have to do so that your acting is natural. Tried 3 things: 1. Controlling your voice 2. Creating the feeling and then expressing it consciously 3. Creating the feeling and then letting it out... unconsciously/subconsciously, whatever 1 sucked big time, 2 sounded fake, 3 was perfectly natural. Realized that it works the same for almost everything else in life. |

| It's not about getting, it's about feeling Visualizing is about creating the feeling, it's about making it real within you, it is never about getting something. Getting comes later. If you make visualizing about getting, you will feel frustrated and it will be hard. |

But what's wonderful is how this ties in to Seth's teachings (in NOPR) about time--that by changing beliefs now, in a sense you're changing your own past. Kind of freaky, but also freeing. I was half listening to NPR today when they played the refrain from "Don't Stop Believing." I had never noticed the lines before: Don't stop believing. Hold on to that feeling. Just the message I needed to hear - again. |

I would describe the feeling that I'm having now as:
My head will probably suck me back in soon enough but I will change some things in there because some things just have to go. It will fight but I will be persistent. There are many other things that could be said but for some reason I don't think the time is right. Hmmmmm..... |

Slick this is really profound stuff. To be clear... basically your saying 1) the only thing you need to do is look for a feeling of what your desired result will feel like. 2) The mind may first come up with some resistance/feelings of doubt but this can be over passed easily. Just let your mind go all the way to the desired result. 3) after the feeling process, the brain will try whatever it can to figure out how it will come to be, but this will slow or work against the process. 4) Forget about trying to figure out how it will happen and continue to visualise and feel out your desired result. 5)continue to train yourself into focusing on the feeling of the result and throw out the logic part. It like a muscle that needs to grow. |

It must be feel goods to be able to get out of head. I'm still having difficulties to get that feeling. The only thing I can do now is try to tune into feeling by focusing at my heart or solar plexus. Then I ask myself: "What I want to feel right now?" Usually I start with choosing "feel peace" first. Sometimes I get it, but most of the time I felt numb, feel nothing, blank...even if I recall beautiful memory or the dream that I want. Is it normal? Resistance of the mind maybe? |

What im starting to do is 1) clear my mind 2) make the intention that Im going to look for a feeling of knowing 3) visualise until I hit a feeling of knowing I don't know about you, but sometimes my visualisation comes in fuzzy because Im too busy paying attention to the feeling. Im starting to think that the answer to manifestation is "Feeling the knowing" does that make sense to you? not about focusing on the good feelings of the visualisation, but the feelings of knowing something about the visualisation. I don't even think emotions matter. its focusing your attention to knowing the visualisation to be true in the moment. If you know something, its because it exists. Knowing must be the most potent thing to manifestation. do you agree? that when we dig through our minds, what is important to do is feel the knowing of the visualisation in the present moment. know the feeling, or feel the knowing as much as possible. |
