What if one is under time pressure to manifest something? Right now I am being implored by my mother to make myself more productive financially (which sounds agonizingly boring when I say it that way XD). I've got this great idea... I would like to run into a person who works for a specific video game company. Since I was very little I've wanted to create video games- interactive stories, rather- and I can just tell I was made to design worlds and characters and tell stories. As for the person from that video game company, I've had an idea for a spinoff tale from one of their game universes for quite a while. And quite frankly, I believe it would make a great (and successful) video game in reality. If I ran into this person, I could show/tell them all about it. I would like to manifest a situation where I cross paths with this person, and they, having a significant amount of say-so in their company, will ultimately decide to temporarily take me on and work on this video game. The method, granted, is a little unheard-of, and I'm not sure how it would all come together yet... but stranger things have happened. And it doesn't seem too farfetched to find a person from that company, because they are in my part of the world and there must be many, many people that work for them and they all must live somewhere, maybe even close by to where I live. This would be a very good way for me to become 'financially helpful' ([I hate saying that) and gain experience for my career at the same time. But I'm a little scared, because one: it's hard to imagine a professional video game company just taking someone off the street to work for them, no matter how good they are, and two: I have a limited time to make this work if I'm going to. My mother says I have the next couple of months. I have to show her some result and evidence of my productivity or else I'll probably have to get a job that I don't like (which Steve says here you should never do), and that seems like such a waste of time and everything else. As a manifestor I'm at a mere 'apprentice' level and I could use some positive help. Any ideas? |

Feeling desperate or rushed it no way to manifest anything. Instead of putting yourself under so much pressure, why don't you write content for peoples web sites that way you can be at home. Otherwise, you might just have to get a job. But don't worry, you can still work at a job you hate and work on making your dream job come true. Also, maybe contact people at these video game companies and ask them how you could get started. |
