Synchronicities?

I swear I cannot even pronounce this word. And I rarely delve outside of the paranormal sub-forum, but I figured to take a look and I am so happy I did! You guys talk about this and signs and what-not and I would love to share a couple of mine and see if I am not crazy or something

Okay, many years ago, I was dating a guy who is now my ex-husband. Oh, he broke my heart many times by breaking up with me three times and I was so crushed and devastated. I was so young and so in love with him. He was my first boyfriend and all. Funny, my intuition never spoke to me about him, but I kept looking for signs to see if he would come back. I never knew about spirit guides or synchronicities for that matter when I was a teenager. So I came home and was about to enter my home and I saw a dove sitting on the roof of the house right over the door. I said to myself then: This means he is coming back. And he did. But I never connected the two nor did I think anything else about it. I just thought it was coincidence. And who knows, it most likely could have been.

Another part of this story was that during the time he had broken up with me (oh the guy was so mean...I had a fever and he broke up when I was very ill), I was quite depressed and I saw this vision. It is not like a vision like a thought that comes to your mind. This is hard to explain. And it made me feel warm, content and that this was right. (I am clairsentience). It was an image of a field of sunflowers and the sky was bright and yellow was all around. I had no clue what it meant! And it was so odd cause I never went to such a place in my life to be a memory. But I knew...it had nothing to do with my ex coming back. I felt it meant happiness down the road. And I embraced it then for myself.

Now I ask you cause my family doesn't believe me (just like they didn't believe me when I had a poltergiest once in my room)-- are these things coincidences? Or are they much more? Thanks for reading my stories and helping out cause I doubt and I get so confused and scared to trust myself and spirit guides and intuition.

Thanks for sharing your story. You came to this forum just at the right moment cuz I have had some recent posts about signs (see does anyone see 1:11. 11:11 and 2:22 and 12:22 and the one called what does it mean when a ladybug lands on you.

I totally believe you and there is no such thing as coincidences or even synchronicities as being meaningless. I believe that our guides and angels and archangels set up these signs to get our attention and to give us messages of guidance, comfort and even messages of our future. Most people are not clairaudient (the ability to hear guides and angels) and since you are clairsentient (I am as well) and since you see things, it is only natural that your guides and angels would send you clear "seeing" signs. It seems like since you recognize doves and associate them with certain answers, your guides and angels are choosing to use that as a sign since you would easily recognize and understand it.

My guides and angels seem to want to communicate to me thru clock signs and almost everytime (since starting last year) I would frequently see 1:11 and 11:11 and 12:22 and
2:22 on the clock and sometimes 3:33. I also get signs of hope and encouragement such as the ladybug landing on me. Also, the other thing is that when you do get a sign a lot of times you will find yourself saying - i know this is a sign - like the above statement when a dove landed and you just knew it was a sign. More than likely you are also probably claircognizent (the ability to just know things without an explanation). It sounds like all your "clairs" are open which is great cuz i just can't hear guidance for the life of me - but i see it, feel it and know it which is good enough.

Don't ever doubt your intuition. Do you know how many women have met a man that they had a bad feeling about and then brushed it off and were assaulted? I remember meeting a man that I distinctly remember telling myself, "There is just something about this guy that I just don't like, but brushed it off since he seemed so nice and my friend liked him. We started dating and then I found out he was married! Should have listened to that little voice and I would have avoided heartbreak. It can take courage to stand up for what you believe in or for what you are feeling and unfortunately some people just don't believe in intuition, spirit guides and/or angels. I've learned to honor and trust my intuition and with practice and time you will get more familar with understanding and recognizing your guides and angels messages. I still have doubts sometimes and if I am ever in doubt, I will ask for another sign or for confirmation.

Also, your dreams can contain a lot of messages. Case in point. For a couple years I kept having a dream that my balcony was falling down and I couldn't figure out what it meant and just ignored it. They just recently found dry rot on my balcony underneath the cement and it was all covered up and would have continued to rot away unnoticed. I had no idea that the dream was warning me about the water getting thru the large crack in the cement. I also had a dream in apr stating that they were coming out in july to do the balcony (which they did). And the year before my view was excavated and tons of houses were built on it, I had a dream that cars were driving past my bedroom window and saw tons of houses with black paper all over them (I had no idea at the time what the black was but apparently when they are building a house they put black tack paper on it) and that is exactly what happened

Hi Minerva, Great thread by the way!, I believe there are no coincidences, that everything is orchastrated ,and i do believe in synchronicities! What you experienced was deffinitely ,in my oppinion, messages from your Angel/Guides, and NO, you were not mad or imagining it!!

Going back to another thread,it was mentioned that we may interpret messages,we recieve, differently. It's interesting that your Angel/Guides were telling you that your ex did love you. Interpreted one way,and you could think ,he loves me,is coming back.and we will work it out.Interpreted another way, he loves me but we cannot live together as a couple.

Iv'e had so many things happen in my life ,that only now,do i realise that they were, indeed, syncronisities,messages and guidance, from my helpers.I say helpers because ,i believe, that we not only have an Angel/Guide,but also a little team of helpers that specialise,for want of a better word, in certain areas of our lives.

Thank you guys so much!! I didn't even write that the doves that I saw in both experiences were gray and I said to myself in my last experience, "Gray? It would be nice to see white." Two days afterwards, I saw a white dove which I never saw in my life personally except on tv or net

Trust me, I have more stories, but I don't want to bore or put my life out there on this. But I am starting to believe more. Thank you.

I have had many tell me to never doubt intuition. And I do know stories of women who get those warnings signs and don't follow indeed. Thank you for pointing that out! Thank you!! It does take courage to stand up for what I believe in. And I have been fighting it and some times I get pulled down and doubt and doubt. It seems like quite a few people don't encourage it including psychics and I don't get it. And I can't tell all my stories because there is so much of them because I did what you suggested Karn: I kept asking my guides for more signs to keep proving it. And they did! They told me specifically one night which tarot card in which hand from the back and coincidentally I pulled out the 10 of cups out of 78 cards. It was the same card I keep getting when I ask my tarot about my situation. It is the same card another psychic got on the same situation. It is the same card an intuitive counselor got when she did my Akashic Records on the same situation with ex as well! That is another synchronicity.

And I had an amazing vision one night! It was so cool and I never had this experience before. I was crying and upset cause I didn't think my ex would come back again. I heard voices in my head telling me that this was wrong and what about all the messages and hope. And I yelled at them and said, "I don't want to hear it!" And the voices stopped. That night I woke up at 2 am to go to the bathroom. I was sitting on my toilet bowl, groggy and suddenly an amazing feeling of energy washed over me. It swirled around me and I felt so light and floating and full of immense energy! I was starting to get scared cause I never felt this before. And then I heard voices. Tons of murmurs and whispers. I felt my head tingling. And then I saw a ring. I said out loud, "wedding ring?" And suddenly everything stopped. I don't usually think about wedding rings on the toilet bowl at 2 am in the morning....it freaked me out.

But it is just among the many stories I have and I guess I am just soooooooooo relieved that I can write about this and get it off my chest!!
