I'm not sure where this best fits - mods feel free to move - but I'd like to think I manifested that 5!

Had to blink and rub my eyes
Way on up was a 'Panchak' in the sky

An aside - when I was a boy, and nearer your neck of the non-woods , apparently I could summon rain...

I've worked at 'cloud sculpting' at times, with mixed success - seemingly growing 'fingers' on a cloud, making a rough horseshoe shape (then seeing a weird distinctive "U" on a baseball cap later that day), having a 'flyspeck' appear for no more than 5 seconds in a patch of otherwise-cloudless sky I'd spent many minutes working.

I should probably stick with cloud-dissolving, but I inherited my Dad's red-faced stubbornness The other day I was tantalized by another circular cloud that seemed on the verge of 5-ing, but I'm perhaps still too attached to the outcome...

Until/unless I get some compelling info on the matter, I'm running with the idea that they mean what I wish them to mean. To put it another way, perhaps these are arbitrarily-chosen breadcrumbs from my "Higher Self" or somesuch, or a self-induced wakeup call...

Earlier I was outside taking another stab at 'cloud-sculpting' 5s when my Dad came walking by with a partly-concealed handful of large cherry tomatoes. I got a chill when I glanced at them and asked how many he had - "Well, I've got 5 in my hand and 5 in the house..." What makes this really choice is that if he knew of my interest in 5s he'd be the first to shout "BS!"
