EFT and law of attraction

I tap in public all the time. If someone asks what im doing I tell them. My foreman at work was having a rough day a few months ago and I could tell he was really stressed out. I had a free moment and asked him if he'd like to try a technique I was learning .I told him it could help him have a better day. His response surprisingly was I'll try anything. So we went in the lunch room .I just had him follow my lead .I saw some of the stress melt off of him instantly. After a small session I told him just sit there for a minute. He put his arms on the back of the bench and closed his eyes. He said that's weird man, I asked ..yes but how do you feel? Lighter was his answer. We've never talked about it since then.

Lol wow props to you. I do not have enough courage so tap in public. It is great you are so open about it. What kinds of reactions do people have?

Lol ...I don't tap at the grocery store yet. But I do at work and outside the house on the porch in the morning sun is great ..I even figured out how to tap while I drive and it comes in handy while driving sometimes. My work partner probably thinks im picking my nose.lol ..Hes wound pretty tight and always mad.I've invited him to tap along with me. I've had my boss and another guy tap along and they responded well. My work partner is a very good friend of 15 years and I worry about him ...He tells me all the time, man your not the same person you used to be ...Im like yeah...duh!

Oh yeah...we're big strong tuff guys too. We work in a steel mill ..picture that ..lol He has a image to uphold!

LOL your post made me crack up. The part about him thinking you are picking your nose is hilarious. Your a pretty funny guy. It's great your boss and the other guy were open to tapping along. How did you discover EFT and what made you so open to it?

I found the link somewhere on this sight .probably around 2009 I can't remember. It has set me free!! Or I'm out of my mind lol I really was the biggest hard ass you'd never want to meet. This has changed my life. My relationship with my family is great ..people want to be around me ..And I Love that ...I was in a negative rut for 20 years had a hard child hood and blah blah ...now I actually get to be a kid at heart.! Im editing .....I found tapping June 2010

That's great it had such positive results for you! It certainly conveys in your posts. Lol I found it May 2010, just a month before you. I am still working on a lot of stuff but it has helped me sooo much.

Hi, that's great that you're doing it at work. I haven't got to the stage where I'm doing it in public yet. I think when you do get to that stage, you've successfully habituated doing it.

Actually... that's a point... if I can't do it in public, maybe I should do some EFT on it.
