I'm at a loss for words...I had no idea corporal punishment was legal in so many states! I had no idea it was legal in ANY state. I just had to look it up because I couldn't believe it and found a message board with some of the most unconscious, barbaric parents who were rallying to KEEP corporal punishment in schools. My mind has officially been blown. ...And yes...I'm definitely setting an intention for peace and love in schools... |

It really upsets me whenever I hear of parents who are in favor of it but I know that some are, especially in the area where we came from. This violent pattern is so ingrained. Those parents grew up getting whipped, believe that they deserved it,and it made them who they are today. (Yes now let's look at that. Let's look at how it turned them into child abusers. Of course, if we call the educators that then they will have to face what they are.) Thank you for your peaceful intention.
