| I am pretty sure that an accidental intention-manifestation is a pardadox (an oxymoron at least) but I'm still going to report a pleasant surprise. I am not sure if I can buy into Intention-Manifestation, I'm Catholic and after reading the first article it didn't quite seem to fit with what I have been tought. So, I stopped reading on this subject. Then this week happened... I have been working quite dilegently on my blog; posting in it; learning how to use it; learning about carnivals, rss feeds, links, html, adsense, etc... and while posting my goals. I mentioned that I "intend" to increase my income by $1000 a month in the next six months and by $3000 a month. I wanted to make the money through writing, my chief idea was to use Steve's idea to make money on the blog. But, any pay for writing would be great. Within two days of writing that intention I get three e-mails from my wife, all for some local freelance work that I could do. I told my wife that I was starting a blog, but I didn't mention anything about looking to make an increase in our income through writing and she hasn't seen the blog yet. But, by coincidence there were three possible money makers for me. Could this be the result of intention-manifestation? Not sure, but I will be trying to get the jobs. Anyone else ever experience accidental-manifestation?

| Its the old "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it" idea. You mentioed that you intended to make this money and the Universe (or God) responded. I do that a lot, like when I was thinking about this panini sandwich from Vons and my neighbor who was just there bought me one, or wanting an excuse to go to Peoria to see the Padres spring training and a few days later a couple of my friends who have already made plans to go give me a call to see if I want to come - for free of course. There is no such thing as accidental manifestation. Everytime you want something, you put the request out there, and as long as you don't have any mental hangups that it is not possible, it will manifest. |
