so i am sure i had the thought 'why dont girls kiss me'
when i saw a girl kissing a class mate at school.
And i think it has become a self fulfilling prophecy as i dont get anywhere with women.
What are the best ways to change this?

I'm not going to answer this question directly because I've already given you quite a bit of advice and I"d just be repeating myself.

I will make an observation though. It seems that you are trying too push things too hard too fast. Changing habits takes time. Didn't you recently sign up for online dating? You can't force anything to happen. That actually makes it further out of your reach.

Maybe you should ask Scott the Geek how long it took from when he first signed up for online dating to actually getting a couple of dates and getting to second or third base.

Maybe this is part of your problem. You are trying to rush things and women sense this and run for the hills. I met a couple of guys online and talked to them maybe 3 or 4 times... one actually suggested getting married even though we hadn't even met!! The other one was going to quit his job and move 2000 miles to be with me. And we hadn't met either. Well the "relationships" ( if you want to call it that) ended right then and there.
