I posted a link of Deepak Chopra talking about the LOA a few of days ago in another thread. Here it is: YouTube - The Law of Attraction What surprises me, is that he suggests intending before meditating. He says to enter the discontinuity with your desire but I always thought it had to be the other way around where you meditate and then once your mind is calm, you then visualize and feel your desire. Has anyone tried both methods? |

Maybe I'm the last person who should say this (considering I'm not English native-speaker), but about 2:55 minute mark I understand something like you should enter the discontinuity with your intention, so I guess he means that you have to think about it once you're there. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think it's pretty similiar to what we usually do (or at least me). Firstly I get clear about what I really want and then, I meditate and visualize what I've intended before. Last edited by Rubns; 11-23-2010 at 05:46 PM. |

Once and only if I feel like it. I try not to force it, just follow the flow. When I don't visualize I don't usually think about my intention, I just let the Universe do its work. I know this is difficult when you're intending big goals, but simply I try not to force the manifestation. |
