Aikido synchronicity

Okay, so I want to know how seriously you all take your coincidences. Lately, I have been made aware of Aikido through a series of synchroncities. It just caught my eye, and now I see references to it nearly every day.

Half the time I think I'm totally crazy when I experience this stuff. I literally feel like I've lost it. Have you ever felt the same?

What are the consequences of believing in a completely subjective reality frame like this?

Today I became aware that martial arts is something I should absolutely learn how to do, for self defense purposes and strengthening of energy. I'm very seriously going to look into it. I've never thought about it until today, but it just seems like something I should do.

Strange, huh? I guess I'll go with it.

Go for it! It can only be beneficial. Exercise is so important for your mental well being.

It does take time to adjust to the ever increasing synchronicities. And yes, every so often you will do a self-check on your level of sanity. But last I heard, crazy people don't ask themselves if they're crazy lol.

All I can tell you is that you definitely should (as cliched as this sounds) follow your bliss, whatever it may be.

Thanks, guys. Yeah I guess it will take me time to adjust to seeing life this way--I remember Steve talking about that at some point too.

I mean, I've been experiencing synchronicities for a few years now, but my reality has definitely gotten more topsy turvy in the last few months. Yesterday was a crazy day, literally 2 days after I decided to quit my job, my friend texted me and asked if I wanted to work with her doing the same type of work, but higher pay. I'm like "wha? How the...?"

It's actually pretty cool.

I did Aikido when I was a tween, my older sister was really into it and I tagged along. I liked it. Ueshiba sensei, the guy who created it, felt that aikido was an expression of his personal philosophy of universal peace and reconciliation (and also a method of self defense).
