Has anyone tried using binaural beats for changing their vibration for their visualizations? I uploaded an mp3 if anyone wants to try it out. It's designed to lower to brainwaves to delta and theta which are conducive to manifesting and meditation. It’s about an hour long so you will need to put it on an mp3 player with headphones. When I use this, I lay in bed sitting almost upright propped on a pillow so I don't fall asleep. I usually focus on my breathing for about a good 20 minutes (guessing) or whenever I start feeling detached. I then direct my focus toward my forebrain. I picture my brain cells (neurons) working busily processing information. I let them know that I will be taking control for a little bit. I visualize my thoughts forming in my prefrontal cortex. Then I imagine my neurons sending signals from my brain, down my spine to the cells that I am targeting. (when trying for physical manifestations).It’s a very exhilarating experience. When it’s all said it done, it feels like 20 mins or so but an hour or more passes. If anyone tries it, please let me know how it was for you.

I've been meditating with brainwave beats for over a year. It has a profound effect on immersing me into deeper meditation much faster. I typically use beats in the theta range which is indicative of deep meditation or the period right before you fall asleep. I have actually had two out of body experiences using this.

| It just happened. Frequently when I am meditating, I will suddenly shift into a state of mind where I become completely unaware of time and space. My technique is the same as when I am normally meditating. Deep breathing along with allowing my mind to wander where it may. Now that you mention it I think I will write an article on my site precisely about brainwave meditation.
