Binaural Beats or Isochronic Tones for Alpha

Hi I am new here (well sorta lol) and to LOA. I am wanting some advice as in which is better for Alpha stages, Binaural Beats or Isochronic Tones? And what frequency should I look for? Also do any of you know where I could get "good "quality" recording's for mp3's of either one (or which ever is rec'd the most) I apologize in advance for all the question's, I'll probably have more! I am SO glad to have found this place! Thanks so much for your time!

Hi Tracy...I'm new too I just started using binaural beats as well. I've found some great free samples here (a full free hour - the first 25 mins. is the best, just beautiful), and here (sends you a monaural, binaural, and isochronic sample, each ten minutes long, when you sign up for their newsletter). Enjoy!

Hi Tracy, I am finding Isochronic tones AWESOME!, far superior to Binaural beats, the one mentioned is a great site for Isochronic as well as the work of Morry Zelcovich at Quantum Mind Power, somewhere on his website he has a detailed explanation of the differences, basically with the binaural beat lacks gaps in the brainwave frequency, that is there is no peaks and valleys in the brainwave pattern of the binaural beat, regardless of whether the brainwave frequency is beta, alpha, theta or delta, but with Monaural and Isochronic tones layed over the brainwave frequency again regardless of how quick or slow the brainwave pattern is there is a greater depth between the flow of the brainwaves which is highly beneficial and allows for all kinds of healing to occur at quantum levels, suggest you search out more info on the web if interested, all I can say from personal experiencing of using binaural beats for a long time and now immersing myself isochronic tones, there is such a difference! It also seems to compliment any other therapies you use, for example I am finding it seems to boost the effectiveness of some subliminal messages I am using.

There is a lot of recorded material that has been made over the years . Self hypnosis tapes , cds , mp3s . Dick Sutphen used something called hollosync ( close as I can remember ) . Robert Monroe used what he called himi sync . In one ear you hear a signal at 400 Hz the other its 403 Hz the 3 Hz difference does something in your brain . Dick Sutphen had a zapper it took you from alpha to theta . He made some video with differnt effects . desert rat
