Like I´m sure is the case with many new to intention-manifestation, there are several areas in my life that I would like to improve upon. For example, I would like genuine friends, a loving partner, better relationship with my family, a fitter/healthier body, higher self esteem, financial freedom, a creative career, travel and more. Firstly I´m confused in regards to if I should work on manifesting one thing at a time or all of them? If one at a time then for how long? If all, should I keep the manifestations seperate and take a devoted session for each or combine them into one vision? Secondly, all of these goals are more or less means to the same end, I want to be happy with my self and my life. Should I perhaps just focus on that and if the above mentioned issues are needed for me to be happy they will manifest? I realise these are difficult questions and probably no definite answers, I have gotten no useful reply´s when asking elswhere. So you who have had success with manifestations, what do you recommend?

Personally, I pick one at a time, because I have a problem focusing. But another friend of mine has the great skill of being able to handle many intentions at once. He visualizes his life after all of his goals are achieved (those being promoted to COO, finding his dream girl, moving to San Francisco and living in his dream home). If you can weave your visualization to include all your goals and raeally feel it, and feel like they've all alrady happened, then go for it. But if you are feeling frustrated, pick the couple that you want the most, or can get clearest on, and focus on them for now. Personally, I'm just sticking with my dream job for now, because that is what I can get the most clear and energized on.

Thank´s for your reply Starlet, it has cleared things a bit for me. I wonder what happens if I try to visualize f.ex. five things, weave them into one vision but am not sure I really want one of them, would the doubt around this one thing cancel out the other four manifestations? It´s strange, if I had learned this method and only thought about it in relations to one specific area, such a money it would be less confusing. Like here is this magic that works for attracting money, great! I´ll use it. But then I learn that it works for everything and now I can´t get over the choices, what do I want, why and what is most important?

If you are doubting something, I'd personally leave it out. I found doubt takes me down a slippery slope, back to the old days and the negativity. Best keep as far away from that as possible. I suggest making a list. Take a sheet of paper for each of your inentions and for each one, write why you want it. The more reasons you can list, the more detail you can write, the more emotion that it draws out...those are the intentions you will be able to get clearest on. Its not always what you want most, but what you can already see yourself having in great detail.

I want to achieve these things before I meet my soulmate! Also, i'm too busy to travel right now so I am not visualising that either! |

Thanks Starlet and Chloe, I was thinking of doing just that Starlet! Writing each intention on a seperate piece of paper to see which one is clearest and to detect if there are any conflicts between them. Guess this is like the alpha response Steve described on his blog, a nod from the universe saying: "Got that, thank you." What Chloe said about achieving certain things before meeting a soulmate also strikes a cord with me, after thinking it over I realised that the reason I want it in that order is that I have problems believing that I could attract the soulmate of my dreams if lacking in health/fitness but especially self esteem. On another but related note, I´ve read in two seperate places (one being a book published in the 60´s) about the importance of letting go, i.e. putting the intention out there, charge it with emotions and then forget about it. Any thoughts on that? Last edited by Thor : 03-26-2007 at 06:50 PM.

That works Thor, but not as quickly, I have found, as visualizing daily and continually injecting more energy and life into your vision and they get here faster. I have also found that the daily visualization and energy pumping makes me happier, it gets me going and I have a wonderful day, from the residual vibe of joy that draws in other things on the same wavelength. Although that might be a great idea for the goals you are not as clear on yet - just pump a lot of energy into them and free them into the Universe now, so they build momentum while you focus on the other intentions. I've done that with a lot of things, and some I did not even realize I had until they manifested! And I sort of just realized why I am fosued solely on my dream job - because it is going to change my life so drastically that I am not sure, after it manifests, what I will want in a home, or a mate or anything else!
