Physical world VS Astral World Manifestations

I am new here. I am sorry if this has been asked before and if it's in the wrong place but i was wondering..

I know it is difficult to move physical things on the astral plane, but what about influencing the positive outcome of a situation? Such as manifesting the results you want by communicating with another persons astral self. (Like dropping a thought into someone’s subconscious) If I had a friend whom I desperately wanted to reconcile with would it be possible to Astral project to them and communicate with their Astral body to get them to communicate and be more open so we can work out issues here on the physical plane? So basically, could the meeting on the astral plane manifest as positive results here?

Or even if I went to them when they were awake and touched, kissed them on the cheek or whispered something in their ear. I know he would be able to sense me because he is sensitive to energies. But what would be the best option to put a mental note in his head. Astral plane projection to his astral body while sleeping or an astral projection in real time to lets say his office? Just curious.

Also during Astral projection could I go inside of a tarot card to get answers and insight. I read that somewhere. It may have been here but I can’t remember.

Interesting topic.
It goes along the lines of something I was thinking the other day.
All my IM/intention experiments I get the results in my sleep.
Soo I do the blue feather experiment, I dream of bluebirds sort of thing but none on this plane.

I wonder, to me it makes perfect sense that you could tell a persons Astral self like my mom for example, you should go to the doctor and then when she wakes up she would have a thought in her head that maybe she should go to the doctor. Therefore the idea would manifest into reality. I know you can manifest things threw thought but I’m not sure about on the subconscious level as far as speaking to another person. I was just curious if it was possible.

It's definitely possible. I've had it "work" a number of times. However, with the exception of my mom, I can't rely on it to work. This could be for many reasons. It may work but the person won't tell you. It may work but others will convince you it's a coincidence. Or if you're like me, and have delved into Subjective Reality, everything has a question mark over it, everything is possible and yet nothing is real. Phew. The challenge I did have with it was I wanted credit, for the other person to say they felt it and I often got the "you're completely loony" look.

So does that person just wake up with a heavy thought that they should do something, (go to the doctor, call you,) Or maybe they think why am I thinking about this person? How long did it take you to get the message across? Did you have to do the experiment a lot of times? I wouldn't ask I would just see if the person said, wow you were really on my mind or maybe I should go get a check up.

The effect was always instant. I would hear / see a manifestation and proof of it by the next day. I've never experimented or anything, I just have always known it was a power I had. I can't answer how the person received it. Only two people know I do this and would sometimes call me to ask if I was communicating. I don't do it much anymore. I was beginning to rely on it and if it didn't work I felt clueless as to another method of communication ...like using the phone. My journey in the last few years has been to not be scared to take actionor speak out. To rely on myself to get out of a problem (I used to do the mind thing to get others to help me) and to also get my nose out of other peoples business. It's their path. I have enough on my plate.

It sounds as if you want a family member to go to a doctor? Speaking to them with this method is one approach. They may hear you. But also consider just picking up the phone and facing whatever fears, beliefs you have about that. Or prayer.

Those are my 2 cents. I hope they were of some assistance.

For what it's worth i have tried the direct method but.. people are so stubborn. I'll try the other way. I never tried to deliver a message this way, I normally just go on about my business avoiding contact. I don't think I will be doing it much as this type of thing often leaves me physically drained, but this is urgent. We will see, I'll keep you posted on whether it works for me or not.

times ago a friend of mine sent me a sort of visualization/meditation technique for me to comunicate with my boyfriend through the astral plane.

i´ll rephrase his own words and if you want i could send you the meditations he sent to me also.

"First follow Exercise 1 of Chakra Balancing.

Next, imagine that your Higher Self connects to the other person´s Higher Self and a Silver Cord from It connects to that person´s Crown.

Visualize this in the Pineal Gland surrounded by Royal Blue Colour.

Now speak whatever you want to speak to the person. Speak out every fear, every suggestion, your love too. Feel the right emotions and convey this to your Higher Self and imagine every word and emotion reaching him/her.
Visualize that he/she understand your deepest requirements. Thank both Higher Selves for conveing the message and for arranging the best course of action.

Surround yourself in a Layer of Brown and come out of the Visualization.

I'm wishing you (and them) lots of positive uplifting vibes. Abraham - Hicks has been very helpful for me in dealing with "stubborn" people. Doing a book of positive aspects for "difficult" relationships has created opportunities to communicate where I thought there was none.

Oooh! Seeing a post from Diandra makes me smile. I realized I never shared my process (and that I was judging myself and that I can do this. So huge thank you! HUGE!).

If it's urgent communication, I simply close my eyes, fingers on my temple and with laser like focus say their name in my head over and over. When I feel a shift in energy in myself, I know it was received. This works for me if I need them to contact me or I want the Universe to arrange a physical meeting. If I want to get a message across, I close my eyes, center myself and feel as if I am ascending into an open white space. It's not precisely a visualisation but you could try imagining you are bring lifted into the clouds. When I am in that white space, I am in the field where we are all connected and all are one. I share what I want them to know and descend back into my body. It's amazing that when I do go up there, my intention of what to say shifts.
