Do you have think about your desires everyday or meditate everyday in order to bring it to reality faster? What about just thinking about it once a week or every so often. If you think about it everyday, you will realize that you dont have it yet so you are attached to your desires. What method do you guys use ? |

I would have to say, and this is just me, that writing down goals, visualizing them, seeing them as real now in the present, knowing that you are in resonance with achieving your goals, that is the way I view goal achievement. Meditation is also a good way to get your thoughts in line for your desires. Whatever works for you is what you should use.

That is such a loaded question, it seems everyone has a slightly different technique. I've manifested money, better relationships and all sorts of desires very easily and yet other things I seem to have trouble with. There doesn't seem to be a specific set of instructions everyone can follow to get what they desire. Determination, visualisation, persistance, perception, observation, focus, positive thoughts, they're all requirements, but how much? how often? I manifested $5000 once by thinking about with hardly any emotion and only occassionly, when it came so easy, I was stunned. It's really is a challenge with no specific answer. Jeff |

I think about my goals and desires basically daily. I often write them down too throughout the week. Sometimes I meditate which can help. I guess it's different for everyone though. The Secret Changed My Life |

So visualize what you want everyday cos it will keep you focussed and build up energy and for the rest of the day go about with your daily routine/tasks with a knowing that at the right time what you want will show up. I like to quote Dr.Wayne Dyer when it comes to detachment. "Infinite patience produces immediate results". He says that =>When you have a desired outcome, practice putting yourself in a state of absolute certainty. Evolve to a place of knowing. Know that you will achieve your goals. Put yourself in that state of absolute certainty where you have zero doubt and you know that your goal outcome is absolutely certain." | |

I used to visualize every morning right after my alarm went off, then let my desire free. When it flitted across my mind during the day I'd give it a mental hug and free it. Now, it is constantly on my mind without me actively trying to keep it there. And I feel like I already have it, I am so sure that it is mine that I laugh when people roll their eyes and tell me I'm nuts. The manifestation has not yet occured simply must be done in the most dramatic way, orchestrated to perfection, to surpise the living heck out of me when it gets here. That is how all my other manifestaions have come to pass and its getting harder to sneak things past me now |

| I actually just blogged about this, lol. I swear, there's something new every week that drops off the list. I have to constantly update it. I love the things that I'm seeing, and it gives me the power to actually put myself out on a limb and take a risk. Thinking about what you desire every day keeps you on track, makes your life purpose clear, and gives you motivation. I wholly and firmly believe that. |

You have to believe and have faith in your desires for it to manifest. I practice affirmations several times a day. I believe in my affirmations and have faith that it will happen. It has happened to me on many occasions. The only time it doesn't come to fruition is when I have an ounce of self doubt. Remember, your subconscious mind always listens and does not argue with you whether it's positive OR negative. Tell it what you want. How's that for my first post? |
