Need advice with Healing Codes and EFT

I just started doing healing codes, suggested from a family member and i started to use it. I have been working with EFT also. When i do healing codes my hands get hot after i do it for a period of time what does that mean. The thing is what can i do to enhance it to . Each time i complete a session i get up and sometimes my legs are out from me. Any thoughts?

When I do EFT it has worked greatly and went from things that are based off youtube videos. I get goosebumps when i say different things and was wondering if any of you get that feeling also? IS this natural or what? love to hear the input.

Probably isn't what you want to hear, but I've been doing the Healing Codes for a month now and feel no differently. But then, EFT doesn't work for me, either. I do know that one of the authors, Dr. Loyd, is remarkably adept at making sure bad reviews of his Healing Codes are managed to a minimum... he even sent out emails to all his subscribers asking them to post on Amazon to get the ratings on his book up to five star, stating that the book was under attack there by fake users making false accusations - it almost feels like a cult.

Yeah for some reason EFT doesn't seem to work for me too. I'm sticking with it cause I normally try something for at least 30 days, but it looks like I'm going to have to move on.

Never heard of healing codes but I get the same feelings most of the time when I meditate with the coded sounds. Maybe it's a feeling of being in meditative state?
