Default need your advice pls

I'm having problems concentrating when I'm reading. It's like I'm thinking about too many things. And I'm always day dreaming. I'm not living in the present I need to have a clear mind, and even before I can use the law of attraction. I need to get rid of all these negative beliefs. And I also have an unhealthy ego. I don't know how to explain it. it's just I'm almost always thinking about what other people think of me. Always comparing myself to other people. I thought that anxiety was just shaking and feeling cold, or having panic attacks, but I didn't know it is equal to worry. I know I have issues, and I need help. I need your help. I don't want to go to a psychiatrist because I already have and he didn't give me a helpful advice. He just said I should go to therapy. I think that there are other stuff out there that works faster and better than therapy.

I need your advice pls. How would I use the law of attraction to change my life for the better. thanks

I recommend you stay away from the LOA.

Go and improve your mental and emotional state first.

Otherwise you'll make one big mess out of your life, with your current frame of mind. (And end up making "I need to master the Law of Attraction" another problem in your already problematic life).

Ok ALG. thanks for your advice.

Do you have any ideas on how to improve mental and emotional states?

edit: your advice makes sense. I've been trying to use LOA and bad things have been happening.

Why don't you try this?

Every morning, write down five simple, useful things that you want to accomplish that day. Then go and accomplish them.

Repeat daily.

It helps to concentrate your mind. It focuses your attention on what you desire. And keeping busy is a good antidote to anxiety. And it gives you confidence that you can get things done.

(In case you didn't realise it, this is a form of LOA too - making a list of intentions. It's just that in your current frame of mind, you want to keep it really simple and non-fancy).

I have Jack Greenwood's ultimate power which talks about the body method. Do you guys think my problem has to do with energy blockage, and I just need to clear out the blockages? Thanks

Default Give a Gift To Yourself

Give yourself the following gifts and watch some gradual change take place:
  • Get a personal journal or notebook
  • For each negative thought that lingers with you the longest, ask yourself and answer in your journal:
    1. Why do you think this thought is true?
    2. Is it really true?
    3. Has this thought ever been true?
    4. What is the worst that can happen to you if it were true?
    5. What else could be happening in the bigger picture that you haven't considered?
    6. Am I getting real with myself and these thoughts, or am I letting them change my perspective?
  • Revisit meditation with some media like music or audio.
  • Add exercise to your daily routine to balance your body's and brain's chemical activity.

I know your situation and I myself continue to search for ways to keep improving my overall well-being. Do these things for yourself before you pursue LOA, otherwise the principles from LOA might just suppress your negative thoughts and beliefs and not eliminate them.

Remember, you can't put new wine into old wine skins.

Take care of you and keep expanding the borders of your mind!
