Default PATHS - Post Results Here

At the suggestion of another member, I decided to start this thread.

For those who don't know, PATHS is a new technology that many of us - myself included - are using to enhance our Personal Development. It is a proprietary technology that uses a data transfer protocol to convey information to the subconscious mind.

There is a more in-depth discussion of it here.

This is not a thread to debate the validity of this product. It's also not a thread to question the motives of the posters. Starting a thread is free around here, so if you want to take a stab at either of those things, knock yourself out.

If you have questions about my results, or anyone else's results, you are more than welcome to post them in a constructive and non-inflammatory way. In my case, you can also PM me, and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.

I'll restate what TheColonel said, that debating the viability of PATHS in this thread is probably not the best idea... The thread where this is more appropriate (as long as it is done respectfully) is here: PATHS - Unbelievable Results

That thread will be unlocked in about 4 and a half hours. Because of the thread recently having problems, I'd like to remind people that, whatever people's intentions, being disrespectful is not the best way to get your point across.

Started one module on Saturday. Successful living, I think. I haven't seen any changes yet. I'm still hopeful.

Default Some results

Hi,

On 16th March, my wife started Take it off and I started Increased Business Productivity & Creativity.

For the last two nights, when I've had to go to bed late, I didn't wake my wife and disturb her sleep, which as never happened before

I've been getting a few more ideas and it has helped my commitment to targets.

Oh, and I woke up feeling tired even with 12g/day of spirulina. That feeling went away when I upped it to 16g. My wife is fine on 7g/day.

Best regards
Alan

It's funny, but pretty much all of the results Rocket Surgery listed in his "results" post (absvan, it was pointed satire) were results I noticed I was actually having! I'm not going to make a lunch date with Hitler but there has been a real sense of amped up love, gratitude, peace and joy. These qualities have really been jumping up into my consciousness like hungry puppies. Negative feelings have been sliding off me. It might have to do with the fact that I'm sleeping and eating so much better, too.

Drop the weight
Drop the years
Enhanced sexual pleasure
Enhanced goal setting/achieving
New ones:
Energy and Motivation (previously switched out; switched back in)
Ultimate body
Confidence
Drop the gravity(skin)
(I have paraphrased the module names for my own convenience)

I've just finished my first week of PATHS. I've posted most of my results in the other PATHS thread. I won't repost those here, but these are the modules I'm using.

Ultimate Body
Enhanced Sexual Pleasure ~ Female
Defying Gravity
Mood Elevation ~ Peace and Happiness
Increased Business Productivity & Creativity
Successful Living Phase 1
Stand Out at Work
Effective Communication in the Workplace

While I think I've started to see at least a glimpse of results from all of them, the biggest changes I've seen so far have been from the sexual pleasure (I'll spare you the details, just know that this one works), Increased productivity, successful living and ultimate body modules.

I'm taking 12g total of spirulina (4 grams before each meal and on an empty stomach before going to bed) and a multi-vitamin, and have noticed muscle soreness when there should be none, especially in my core muscles.

OOOPS.....I am sorry that my post has evoked the wrong impression. I was genuinely asking about the module and had no hidden pugnacious intentions. I didnt know that Rocket Surgery was actually making fun.

Well what happened to my post?? I cant find it.

It was moved to the other PATHS thread, so that this one will remain on topic as much as possible, and there is no temptation for people to come in and start debating the viability of the product.

Default Me too

I shall start at the beginning of April. I want to improve my self-confidence, and I want to be more loving and grateful, especially in the workplace, so I still haven't quite figured out which of the modules will be right for me.

A question about spirulina, before I rush out and buy some: people mention consuming "grams" of spirulina per day. Does it usually come in tablet or capsule form, or is it a powder? About how many tablets make up one gram? (I live in Japan, and only Japanese brands seem to be available here, and even then not widely so.)

It's good if people post their results here and all remember to post exactly which modules they are using. It's very helpful for the rest of us, and I thank you!

Best of luck to us all.

Thank you, Colonel.

I started today! I thought that it looked interesting and the only way you can tell is by trying it.

I've chosen

Defying Gravity
Take it off
Increased Confidence
Energy and Motivation

The top three need time to kick in, the Energy and Motivation suggests quicker results so I would expect to see that first.

It's available in all of the above forms, but apparently the powder form tastes awful. I take mostly tablets, and some of my other capsule vitamins have spirulina in them as well.

Most of the tablets I've seen are 500mg, so two of them make 1 gram.

There was a link on the other post to a UK based online health food store that had great prices on high quality spirulina. Maybe it would be a good idea to get some of that now so it will arrive by the time you start.

The powder is awful, but supposedly better for you (more easily assimilated or something like that.)

A few years back I was taking a green food product that was in powder form and had a lot of spirulina in it. The only way I could get it down was to mix it with grape juice. That helped, but it still was an awful experience. Needless to say I didn't take that stuff for very long.

Go with the capsules or tablets. You want this to be fun, not a chore.

I started Monday night with Mood Elevation and Self-Esteem. Felt groggy the next day but my attitude was about +1 on a -10 to +10 scale. Things didn't bother me as much or for very long.

Today, I was swinging a bit more up and down but staying mostly in the +1 area. When I finished up work, I was actually in a good mood and not burnt out as ususal. Negative self talk has dropped considerably and I haven't been getting stuck in it when it does show up.

One thing I couldn't figure out was that my head felt cold this afternoon. I've been out in much colder weather and haven't really had as much of a problem with it. Go figure.

Smile My results so far

I have been on PATHS for just over a week now and I can honestly say I have felt some definite changes in my thoughts and feelings and weirdly enough; my vision!

This morning I woke up and all day I have looked at everything with a heightened sense of colour...everything just seems more vibrant and alive. It is difficult to explain and not something I expected, but wonderful nevertheless. I paint and have been in a funk for the past 3 weeks and was started to get a bit worried, but after today's experience my creative juices are flowing again and I can't wait to start back on my painting, especially with the intensity of colours I have been seeing around me!

I have also experienced a disruption in my sleep patterns. I wake up around my set time, but have found that I have been extremely tired in the evenings causing me to go to bed long before my set time (or even usual time prior to PATHS). I have increased my spirulina and hope this helps with this (am now on 12grams a day). I am still only waking once in the night, which is a big improvement for me and my dreams are incredibly strong and vivid (I have always been a light sleeper and big dreamer, but these dreams are different...almost as if they are have more clarity and vibrancy than before).

I have also noticed that my overall feelings have been a bit up and down since I started. Sometimes I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and then I would go down in to my hole again. I guess the BIG difference it that I don't stay in that hole, it is like a bungee cord where I pop down and then bounce back. I think this is what PATHS was talking about with cognitive dissidence? I have felt more balanced over the past 2 days though.

Small differences in my state of mind are appearing...I don't stay in a negative thought pattern...it now kind of just passes through me. I have also become more giving in practical ways (this was picked up by someone else actually); in the past I would think of doing something (e.g. grabbing the washing from the washing machine and hanging it out) but I wouldn't necessarily do it...well I have been automatically doing these types of things without even thinking about it (hence the other person commenting on it and me not realising!!).

I haven't found my diet or cravings have changed that much. I actually started the 'shead the pounds' one to integrate healthier eating habits. I don't need to lose weight, but I definitely need to improve my eating habits (I don't eat junk; I just have a long-engrained habit of forgetting to eat!).

I also feel more in control of certain situations and my response to them. I don't get caught up in anxiety; once again it kind of passes through me now, rather than sticking around in my chest (this is where I usually feel it).

In regards to work, well this is a funny one. I have noticed a definite increase in my workload (I am self-employed). I don't know if this has to do with PATHS, but it is a strange coincidence.

I am still tentative about PATHS and started on it with a wait and see attitude. So far, so good. I just feel good about everything in general. I wish there was an easier way to quantify what the different PATHS modules do...I am thinking of writing down how I would notice the changes by relating them to the changes that should occur as set out in the module descriptions.

I have loved reading everyone's progress and thoughts and questions on PATHS. Please keep them coming.

Many smiles!

Hi Moria,

It is great to hear that you are going to take the plunge and give PATHS a go! I have no idea how/why it works, but I have definitely noticed positive changes in my life since I started.

Which module/s are you looking at? I am on a bunch of modules...after signing up for my first 4, I realised that I really wanted to blast through to my subconscious so I signed up for another 4 a couple of days ago; I am an impatient person

Successful Living 1
Positive Attitude
Self Esteem
Goal Setting

Mood Elevator
Successful Living 2
Weight loss (I can't remember what this one is called)
Intuition

Someone on another forum wrote about the importance of getting your foundation right before moving on to the other modules and after thinking about it I totally agreed with what they wrote. Our core needs to reflect a healthy self esteem, positive attitude and solid beliefs. So this is where I decided to start and then build up from there. I am planning on changing a couple of the above modules, as I really want to ensure my foundation is as solid as it can be!

Keep us posted!

Many smiles!

Hi JoJo

I am going for the same 4 you took first! Wow, now it feels even more encouraging, knowing your results with the modules I'm about to start!

I have a tendency to feel anxious and unsettled around finances, so am hoping that those modules will help me release the worries.

I'll post my results as soon as I'm on it!

Thanks again, JoJo!

Default Going off PATHS

Hi,

Since Aaron didn't answer my post in the other thread, I'll try to ask about this here.

Does anyone know of any person who has used PATHS modules successfully and is now not using them anymore?

The Colonel - you have been using your modules for a couple of months now, right? Are you planning to stop after 3 months?

Is no one concerned about how they are going to feel when it is time to stop using these modules?

Lucia
No, I don't plan to stop using PATHS. But I will stop using Successful Living 1 sometime soon and start Successful Living 2.

From the module description:

Recommended Duration of Use:

Successful Living Phase 1 helps you develop new thoughts, habits and behaviors that can often be internalized after only 60-90 days, providing long-lasting benefits and lifestyle changes.

In my case, I felt like I had an uncommon number of conflicting beliefs about money and success. I came to this conclusion after several prolonged and concerted attempts to use the LoA to manifest money and success, and lots of self-analysis.

So I've been on this module for a little over 2 months, and I really feel like a lot of those beliefs - that were probably built and reinforced over years and years - are beginning to resolve themselves. I don't know exactly how, and I don't care. When I look at the product description of SL1, I know that I am experiencing these things.

My guess is that once you resolve your inhibiting beliefs, you're free to move forward unless you start building those beliefs again. And why would you do that? The next time someone tells me "Money's tight" or "you have to struggle to get ahead," I'll know in my core that it's a fallacy.

So the simple answer to your question is that after 2-3 months, I'm ready to move on and up to something else. From my understanding, Personal Development is an ongoing process. There's always some other area of a person's life that needs attention.

Yes, I read your post in the other thread as to why and justifying yourself too. It' ok, you don't need to justify. And there is clearly no question as to whether or not they work and I'm not concerned about that.

For me, however, besides the fact that I financially could not support this for an extended period, I have a health condition that I would have to let slide for the time I would be doing the modules and I certainly could not make that a way of life. So I am worried about how it feels to stop them. And I would have liked to hear from someone who had stopped them, if anyone has. Do you know anyone who has?

Hi Bitsy,

I wasn't trying to justify anything. But I thought it'd be helpful if you understood my gameplan, based on your question.

It's interesting to me that you mention not being able to afford it, in so many words. If that's an issue that you're worried about, you shouldn't do it.

When I started paths, my finances were extremely tight. My plan - and I expressed it to Aaron before I started - was that if the product worked as advertised, I should have no problem manifesting the money to reimburse myself the cost. And that's exactly what I did.

@Breeze

I'd recommend contacting the company. If you are taking spirulina and haven't noticed any changes in your sleep patterns at all, they can modify your theater in some way so you might start getting results.

At least, that's what I read on the FAQs somewhere.

They are very quick to respond, just send the email the Info address.

Hello Colonel,

The money isn't the main issue, per se. I know I would make money if I chose those modules (but those are not the ones I am considering - so money is not a priority at the moment) My health problem is a big issue. And I want to know, as a matter of maintaining my own freedom of choice, that it is safe and not any sort of emotional upset for me to stop, especially as I have a history of extreme depression.

My life is in upheaval now and I don't ever seem to know where I will travel or where I might be living or when. I don't want to have to think "I have to get to an Internet connection one day this week..." and I don't want to have to think I can't go away, like I used to do when I had a pet.

I can make a commitment, financially and otherwise, and also slack off on this medical diet for 3 months (it will still show in my blood tests, but the doctors here don't care very much.)

I also wrote an email to the company asking about my metabolic disorder concerning phenylalanine, but I haven't gotten an answer back.

Bitsy, I don't understand why you would have to put your health condition in jeopardy or slack off on your medical diet if you use PATHS. The only PATHS nutritional requirement is taking spirulina.

Still no positive results for me. I'm doing the losing weight and toning muscles one.

So far I've gained about a pound and a half in the last week and a half.

No improvement in my sleep either.

*shrug*
