Hey Aaron,
Once again, thank you for being so patient in answering everyone's questions. I have a quick clarification questions because I am now confused...I have been reading all the posts on this forum and also the ones over at powerfulintentions and I am with Paul on this one;

I thought the audio was there to assist the mind in calming down (like induced meditation) and had nothing to do with the actual programming?

This is the impression I had from all of the various posts.

There (I think!) was nothing mentioned about the audio/visual being of equal value/importance. In fact, up until I read your reply post, I think the only thing I had read about the sound component was that it could be turned off and the visual was needed only.

I watch my presentation sometimes with sound on (if I am at home) or sound off (if I am at work).

So if the case is that both are needed (or contain key information) does that mean that to gain the most benifit from PATHS I should listen and watch the program?

This is just a clarification question only, as I am happy with my paths experience so far.

Hey Jojo,

You can use both or either individually (sound & audio). They both contain the full information. Either/or or Both. All is well. I do the same thing you do - I watch only while at work (no headphones) and then I watch and listen at home.

How does this impact your day-to-day life? Has anyone been experiencing it with their modules? I have been having feelings of confusion/uneasiness that sit with me for a bit and then suddenly disappear. Completely different feeling from anxiety but still a little weird; it is like fighting an invisible force and I am not part of the fight, but can feel it.

5. Strange/Unexpected Results
As I mentioned in another post, I suddenly have a heightened sense of colour...this is still with me, although I am getting used to seeing everything in full technicolour now! Has anyone else experienced unexpected results? Maybe with increase in workload etc...

Thanks in advance for answering my questions. I am really interested to hear how everyone is going using this tool.

Hey Jojo,

1. I have had a little SBS. One day, I forgot to bring my spirulina with me to work and by the end of the day I was in a complete fog and felt like my brain was shutting down. When I got home, I took a bunch of spirulina before dinner (allowed it to digest for 1/2 hour or so before I ate anything else) and I started to feel better.

2-3 Tiredness - yes and no. Again, pretty much only if I forget to take spirulina before bed. Then I wake up groggy. I know the amount of spirulina each person needs is different - just like we all have different "ideal foods and nutrients for ideal health." I'm on probably around 12 g per day. Seems like a lot, but my body is processing it just fine and I feel great.

4. Cog Diss - oh yeah. I had a few days of this when I got on the self-esteem/confidence builder. There was a little war inside me for a few days while I released some negative beliefs about myself and some low self-esteem. Now that I've been on it a while, I feel good. And when I find a low-self-esteem feeling or think a thought, I immediately chuckle to myself and replace it.

5. wow. the super-saturated color thing is COOL! I want that! It's like cross-processing film to prints. (photography was an amateur hobby of mine for a minute - lol). I don't think I've had any weird experiences so far. I will say that the better I feel, the more intuitive I become. And I'm not on the intuitive/insight module. I've always been fairly intuitive, but feeling more and more confident is really increasing my ability.

It is funny when I wrote about the audio/visual thing, I seriously hadn't read any info, except to say if you are deaf, then turn of the sound...but after writing that post...I have found several bits of info on it!! Always the way....seek and you shall find! LOL!

Hi Angela,

Sorry I missed your earlier post asking about what I meant by 'fighting it'. Over the years I have noticed that I tend to have a bit of a self-sabbotaging streak and this has popped up in one of the modules! I laugh about it, because at the moment, the module it is affecting isn't stressing me out.

Basically when I started the 'sheading pounds' module, I started to assist with improving my eating habits (including eating more regularly and when eating to choose healthy foods). What I was doing/actually am still doing (!) is choosing foods like pizza, maccas etc to eat AFTER I started this module. The crazy thing is that I don't usually eat or crave these foods at all!! And since starting this module eating what I consider 'bad' food has happened several times. I am not stressed about it, but I am aware of what is happening and why it is happening.

It is like I am proving to myself on a subconscious level that I can't do it...or that I don't deserve to eat well (using this particular example of the sheading pounds module).

It is a crazy feeling to be completely aware of my self-sabotaging habits...it is also a good thing, because - and this will sound strange - while I have started paths I have been able to question these tendencies more readily and distil them more quickly than in the past. For the most part I am aware of them, but they don't stick around anymore.

Okay,

I'm normally a forum-reader and not a forum-poster, but I figured that I'd have to post. I've just decided to give paths a go. I figure that the potential for positive benefits is worth giving it a try.

I'll post back every few days or if anything unusual happens to let you all know. And I'll definitely post at the end of the first month to let you know if I'll be continuing or not.

I went for 4 modules (What the hey! In for a dime, in for a dollar I say). They are: Sports Module, Ultimate Body, Increased Energy and Motivation & Positive Attitude & Vitality.

Default The Ultimate Body Module and my results

Hi Colonel, I posted this on your other thread, I just wanted to change the subject matter over there for a bit. Anyway, I love what you are doing over here too.


I practice a very Brutal Style of Karate called Uechi Ryu Karate do, Straight out of Okinawa Japan. Karate literally means "empty hand". No weapons, only your body to use as a weapon if need be.

We have a special Kata which strengthens the body to a high level of conditioning. I can take blows to my thighs and abdomen, and shins that would leave any one watching awestruck. YouTube - Karate Okinawa Uechi ryu

A powerful Spirit is what develops from this type of conditioning. I discovered that I have no enemies only opportunities to correct and shift my awareness into that which will make me more grateful (stronger in love) more able to help in difficult situations.

What does this have to do with the "Ultimate body Module"? Well, since I have been on this particular module for almost three months I have noticed a more powerfully muscular and toned physique!


I was being tested last night in my Karate class (Thursday march 22). Being tested means; while you are in this Particular Kata stance called Sanchin stance, You are aware that you are about to be struck a hard blow but yet you maintain a calm and relaxed state of mind with a passionate spirit active in your heart, Ready to move and inspire justice.

As I was being tested by a 5th degree Karate Master, I was told that I was strong and in great shape! I was told that I was isotonically correct in my stance. Perfectly aligned and committed! I have never been told this before in the 11 years I have been training!!

I know for a fact this has to do with Paths' Ultimate Body Module. My muscles are stronger than I have ever known them to be! I am so incredibly happy and grateful for this particular module.

I also have to add that I am on the Sports Module for my Karate as well, but the effects from this module are more to do with my speed and coordination, agility and flexibility which have all improved noticeably in my Karate.

But my muscles are absolutely stronger than ever!!

My results.

I started on Wednesday 21st when I bought my 4 modules. However I found that my work computer isn't fast enough to watch the visuals (they just pixelate) and it doesn't have sound either so that scuppers watching it at work. Fortunately my home pc works just fine.

On Thursday (the next day) as I was driving to see my healer I felt the most wonderful joy sweep over me. When I arrived she said to me that she didn't think she needed to do anything as I looked radiant! Bearing in mind I have been really ill recently, radiant isn't a word that anyone has used to describe me for a while.

I understand what the previous poster meant about fighting the effects of some of the programmes. I am struggling with portion sizes even with doing the take it off module. I look at my plate, think that it is too much but eat it anyway. I think this module might need a little more time to work on me! I am deliberately not doing any EFT or other healing in this area so I can see what the effects of paths are. I also only managed to get hold of the spirulina on Sunday so I have had a few days without it which I think would have slowed down the possible effects.

3 of the modules I have chosen need time to work so I'm not going to comment on them at this point.
The Energy and Motivation module which is supposed to be more instant. I have had more energy / joy - but not more motivation yet! Probably because I wasn't taking the spiriulina until 2 days ago.

Still this is all very interesting and exciting will give another update in a few days.

I've just realised that I drank fewer cups of tea today - must be the Energy module working as normally I am a complete tea addict.

When you have the time can you please tell me how the Herxheimer reaction would relate to PATHS. I have been on the Internet but can't find anything that would relate to the PATHS experience only in relation to conventional medical treatments.

PATHS and the road to better health

Kevin posted a great article in the private forum for PATHS website owners. We have taken the majority of it and resposted it here:



I could write a book on this subject (If only PATHS would release a Module that created 48 hours in a day )

Here are some short notes on the subject.

The Herxheimer Reaction, or Healing Crisis applies to all types of healing, including what one experiences with PATHS.

It is NOT experienced much at all as a result of conventional or allopathic treatment of dis-ease. The reason is simple, as a rule, allopathic "treatment" is targeted at symptoms, not the actual cause of dis-ease.

PATHS is the Ultimate Natural healing process. It is your body and mind that produce the changes.


You may feel worse before you begin to feel better...

The Road To Better Health may begin with a Healing Crisis

As you move toward better health with PATHS (or many natural healing programs) and better nutrition, healing begins to occur. As part of the healing process the body will begin to discard toxic residues which have built up in your body over the years. The healing process usually does not occur without repercussions.

During the initial phase of healing, as your body begins to clean house, (detoxify) and your vital energy begins to repair and rebuild internal organs, you may experience headache, uneasiness, flu like symptoms and fatigue. It is important that you adequately rest during this time. These symptoms will pass as your body begins to normalize to a new level of health.

As you continue to improve, you may begin a process called retracing. You may feel worse before you feel better. For example, if you used to get skin rashes, the rashes may reappear or get worse for a period of time as your body eliminates toxins through the skin. You may also experience an initial increase in urination, or you may feel more nervous. In actuality, you are not getting worse, you are actually getting better. Eventually you will reach a plateau of better health.

The above is a good overview of the traditional view of the "Healing Crisis" in terms of the physical body.

HOWEVER, the principle is very similar for emotional healing/habit repatterning. The process of breaking out of a "Locked Pattern of Behavior" can produce a type of "Emotional healing crisis" which follows the same process as above, including "retracing".

This is the natural course the body and mind take in dealing with change.



Different types of PATHS Modules

This is another HUGE subject entirely. I will touch on it briefly.

There are several different types of PATHS modules.

1. Modules that are primarily biological cues. These modules "do most of the work for you" by getting your biological terrain in balance via instructions to your subconscious which then executes them. Examples would be the Change of Life, PMS and Stem Cell Modules.

2. Modules that are primarily "repatterning habits of thought". These modules simply put healthy "affirmations" directly into your subcounscous, which then bubble up into your conscious mind. (This is VERY different than affirmations that go into your conscious mind and through all your conscious filters, before possibly reaching your subconscious for future use).

With these type of Modules we have complete control over what we choose to do when these thoughts bubble up into our conscious mind. This is where we can experience a type of "emotional healing crisis" or "approach-avoidance conflict". Examples would be the...hmmm, I think all of these modules have been upgraded to the next type of module.

3. Modules that combine repatterning habits of thought or action with biological reinforcement. These modules combine healthy affirmations with "biological rewards" and/or "biological prompts". These modules contain the same as #2 above, but they also have 2 other types of instructions:

a. When you have xyz thought there is a temporary increase in production and absorption of a "feel good" hormone like serotonin or oxytocin, etc. This is a prompting, or an associative prompt to encourage the new thought pattern.

b. When you execute abc action there is a temporary increase in production and absorption of a "feel good" hormone like serotonin or oxytocin, etc. This a reward for taking abc action to encourage that action to become the "default" action in a given circumstance.

With this type of module we STILL have complete control over how we choose to think and act. These modules can introduce cognitive dissonance and we can experience a type of "emotional healing crisis" or "approach-avoidance conflict".

Examples would be Positive Attitude, Effective Communication, and Self Esteem Modules.

4. Modules that interact with the Collective, or cause your subconscious and conscious to interact with the Collective. The Murakami Model of Synchronicity Click Here to view explains this very well.

With these modules we have the choice on how to process and whether to accept and integrate new ways of thinking, believing, and acting on these beliefs. These modules are particularly prone to create cognitive dissonance and a type of healing crisis.

Examples would be Stimulate Intuition and Insight and Spiritual Enlightenment and Development Modules.

5. Modules that are a combination #2,#3 & #4 above.

With these modules we have the choice on how to process and whether to accept and integrate new ways of thinking, believing, and acting on these beliefs. These modules are particularly prone to create cognitive dissonance and a type of healing crisis.

Examples would be the Successful Living Series, Increased Business & Productivity, and Effective Goal Setting and Achievement Modules.

I trust this has shed some light on how PATHS works, and how it can create such a plethora of results.

Oh, I just thought up a saying! (or remembered it from someone else )

It is not a magic pill, it is a process.

Well, that explains a lot of what I've been experiencing recently! Thanks Kevin!

4 of my 8 modules are on the list of 'very likely to cause a Herxheimer reaction. I think I'm only resisting two of them, and only partially, but that explains the weirdest blah weekend I had, despite the cool stuff I did.

I asked to have my module changed to Take It Off. I figure if I have a desire to eat anything outside of my normal four food groups (Sugar, Fat, Starch and Completely Processed), then I will know that PATHS is for real...

Hello everyone,

I was going to respond to the other thread awhile back, but I’m sure you can gather why I didn’t. I have been a PATHS user since the 20th of February. I am not here to sell PATHS as I am not an affiliate nor do I have a vested interest in the PATHS company. I only wish to relate my experience. I know this is a rather long post, but I think the background will be helpful to understand my PATHS experience.

For whatever past trauma and/or wiring reasons, I have had an anxiety syndrome for more years than I’d like to count. Over the last three years I have regularly meditated, practiced mindfulness, devoured and incorporated as much PD-LOA material as probably most of you. I had reduced my mind chatter to almost non-existent floating thoughts and have pretty much successfully banished negative thinking and reactions in my daily life. I have been grateful in a profound sense. From all outward appearances friends and acquaintances think I’m a dynamic and very positive woman. And I am. However, I still couldn’t get through one day without several small doses of Xanax plus a couple of glasses of wine at night to get to sleep. I kept coming around to Michael Beckwith’s lines in The Secret, “either consciously or UNCONSCIOUSLY (caps mine)…now there’s the rub.”

I felt there was something in my SC hinterland that had a basis for the anxiety that I continually experienced and was keeping me from totally being the joyful, present, integrated person that I consciously have strived to be. At my age, I really was not into nor did I feel I would benefit from therapy or other modalities available without more “self” involvement and time than I wanted to expend.

After following a forum where Aaron had introduced the PATHS program in December of last year I was a little intrigued but very skeptical. When I felt that I had done enough due diligence after two months I was prompted to try PATHS.

I signed up for four modules: Mood Elevator, Self Esteem, Successful Living I, and Defying Gravity.

The first two days were rather nondescript with the exception being that when I woke up, I was very awake and aware. I still had trouble going to sleep, as I always had, but I had never had that kind of alertness upon waking that I can ever remember.

For the next couple of weeks I bounced from a pronounced sense of joy to feeling just plain awful. I was overwhelmed a great deal of the time, sometimes with feelings of sadness, or “I just can’t cope right now, I’m hitting the bed.” I really upped my spirluna intake and it helped, but the cognitive dissonance was not very fun. I had moments or times where I “felt” my left eye was lower than the right eye, or my scalp would buzz on the left side and feel constricted. My balance seemed to be off. It was very disorienting. Then there were periods where I experienced tremendous clarity with heightened tactile senses, like a veil had been lifted, with no anxiety at all. I felt energetic and balanced. I found myself taking less Xanax as the days went on.

Now, five weeks into the PATHS modules, I have been the last nine days without any Xanax or wine nightcaps. I feel much more present in every moment, lighter, safer and more grounded. I’m venturing out more and interacting with strangers with much more ease, and they in turn seem more open to me.

Four days ago I switched the Mood Elevation to the Goals Setting module. The calm and clarity are still with me. I take between 10-12 grams of spirulina per day. I still had trouble going to and staying asleep. After contacting customer service regarding this I was advised to try a small does of melatonin at night. I did and it has helped tremendously. I haven’t noticed any discernable difference with the Defying Gravity, but I haven’t given up on it yet either.

I am paying $34.95 per month for four modules plus the sleep. In the next day or so I will switch Successful Living 1 to 2. Customer service has been prompt and helpful; and I appreciate that I can switch out any or all of my modules at no charge once a month.

Satisfied, thus far? You betcha. And very grateful. Placebo? If I had immediate positive results, maybe. But, with all the upheaval I initially experienced, I think not.

I've been on my modules for a few days now and it's interesting for sure. I'm not prepared to say without a doubt that I'm getting results, but alot of circumstantial evidence points that way .

I found this on the web and thought it was interesting...I haven't paraphased it, but it does include practical info on Colloidal Silver and teh reaction itself (I am not sure if it is relevent but I wanted to post the whole article). I have no problems in believing that it also relates to spiritual/mind/soul healing as well as the actual body! Check out the "What to do if you experience it" section at the end...

The Herxheimer Reaction - Feeling worse before feeling better

The Herxheimer Reaction is a short-term (from days to a few weeks) detoxification reaction in the body. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea or other symptoms.

This is a normal — and even healthy — reaction that indicates that parasites, fungus, viruses, bacteria or other pathogens are being effectively killed off. The biggest problem with the Herxheimer reaction is that people stop taking the supplement or medication that is causing the reaction, and thus discontinue the very treatment that is helping to make them better. Although the experience may not make you feel particularly good, the Herxheimer Reaction is actually a sign that healing is taking place.

What Is The Herxheimer Reaction?

The Herxheimer Reaction is an immune system reaction to the toxins (endotoxins) that are released when large amounts of pathogens are being killed off, and the body does not eliminate the toxins quickly enough. Simply stated, it is a reaction that occurs when the body is detoxifying and the released toxins either exacerbate the symptoms being treated or create their own symptoms. The important thing to note is that worsening symptoms do not indicate failure of the treatment in question; in fact, usually just the opposite.

A Rose By Any Other Name

Technically known as the Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction, this syndrome goes by many names, including JHR, the Herxheimer Effect, the Herxheimer Response, a Herx Reaction, Herx or Herks. The most common terminology used is the Herxheimer Reaction. It is also often referred to as a healing crisis, a detox reaction, or die-off syndrome.

History

The phenomenon was first described by Adolf Jarisch (1860-1902) working in Vienna, Austria, and a few years later by Karl Herxheimer (1861-1942), working in Frankfort, Germany. Both doctors were dermatologists mainly treating syphilitic lesions of the skin. They noticed that in response to treatment, many patients developed not only fever, perspiration, night sweats, nausea and vomiting, but their skin lesions became larger and more inflamed before settling down and healing. Interestingly, they found that those who had the most extreme reactions healed the best and fastest. The patient might be ill for 2-3 days, but then their lesions resolved.

A Medical Example

The Herxheimer reaction is caused by the release of toxic chemicals (endotoxins) released from the cell walls of dying bacteria due to effective treatment. The Herxheimer Reaction is well recognized in medical circles and is certainly not confined to the world of natural medicine or supplements.

For example, a recent study report (Feb ’04) on the treatment of Sarcoidosis found that, “. . . without exception, the improving patients are reporting periodic aggravation of their symptoms as an apparent direct response to the antibiotics. In other words, these patients say that their treatment makes them feel much worse before they experience symptom-relief.” The abstract of the study goes on to say, “This phenomenon is known as the Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction (JHR) and is often referred to informally as Herx. JHR is believed to be caused when injured or dead bacteria release their endotoxins into blood and tissues faster than the body can comfortably handle it. . . . This provokes a sudden and exaggerated inflammatory response . . . . In Sarcoidosis patients, the Herxheimer reaction seems to be a valuable indication that an antibiotic is reaching its target.” In the conclusion, the author states: “In my work with Sarcoidosis patients, it is my experience that recovering MP patients understand and welcome the Herxheimer reactions even when they must endure temporary increased suffering. They accept it as the price that they must pay in order to get well and they even seem to find it gratifying to experience tangible evidence of bacterial elimination. “

Colloidal Silver & The Herxheimer Reaction

Herxheimer reactions in response to Colloidal Silver can occur as the body adjusts to the die-off process and responds to the increased load on the lymphatic system – particularly in cases of systemic and chronic conditions and/or severe infections.

The most common Herxheimer reactions for users of Colloidal Silver are:

Headache
Flu-like symptoms
Itch and rashes
Flushes
Usually, the reaction lasts a few days. In more severe cases, reactions can last a week or more.

In most cases, the reaction tends to be mild and barely noticeable, but there are exceptions, particularly in cases of severe infection. Certain conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Lyme Disease and other spirochetical illnesses can engender noticeable Herx Reactions as the disease-causing pathogens are killed off. Users of Colloidal Silver who take the product for Hepatitis may also experience die-off symptoms, such as headache. Those inhaling silver to treat lung and sinus infection may also feel immediately worse for a few hours or a day before starting to feel relief.

Herx reactions vary widely, depending on many factors, including the general health of the individual, the condition being treated, the degree of toxicity that exists in the body, the frequency and dosage of Colloidal Silver taken, and the support the body is provided in eliminating the toxins as rapidly as possible. Method of use is also factor. For example, applications that allow concentrated dosages of Colloidal Silver to come in direct contact with the source of infection are more likely to result in a die-off reaction than oral use.

Although this article focuses on the Herxheimer reaction, please keep in mind that not all users of Colloidal Silver will experience a Herx reaction. However, it is important to be aware of the possibility and to understand that it is a symptom of healing, so that Colloidal Silver users do not become discouraged if symptoms temporarily worsen and/or discontinue use of the product.

Clarification

Colloidal Silver does not cause the Herxheimer reaction. Colloidal Silver is non-toxic, and a healthy individual will notice no reaction at all to Colloidal Silver. However, if there is infection in the body, a Herxheimer reaction may result as the infection is killed off. The severity of the Herx reaction is often an indicator of just how much toxicity there was in the body to begin with and is an indicator of the effectiveness of the treatment. It is actually a sign that the body is restoring itself to good health.

Time Frames

There is differing data on the timing of a Herxheimer reaction. Some data indicates that it usually occurs between four and 24 hours from the onset of treatment. Others note that between Day 3 and Day 5 of a treatment program is often when the reaction is most noticeable. What appears to be most accurate is that reaction times -- and indeed whether there will be any reaction at all -- are strictly dependent on the individual being treated. Duration of the reaction also varies widely, from an hour or a few hours to days or even a week.

What To Do In The Event of a Herxheimer Reaction

If the reaction is mild enough that it can be borne without grave discomfort, the best approach is to continue treatment and assist the body in eliminating the toxins as quickly and as thoroughly as possible by the methods below.

If the reaction is too severe, cutting back on the dosage or frequency of use can be very helpful in lessening symptoms but allowing the healing process to continue. Sometimes stopping for a day or so and then beginning again at a lesser dosage can allow for quick relief.

The best assistance for the body is drinking plenty of distilled water (a half gallon a day is recommended).

Other helpful suggestions include:

Getting plenty of sunshine
Minimizing exercise for the detox period
Keeping the organs of elimination (the bowels, lungs, skin, kidneys, lymph) functioning properly
Keeping the diet relatively pure during the detox period so that the body is not loaded with additional chemicals and toxins to eliminate while it is already working hard.
Adding lemon to the water, taking cold press olive oil first thing in the morning, taking sea salt baths and/ or steam baths and saunas, plus liver and elimination system supports can also be helpful, though any herbal supplements should be kept to a minimum and should be very mild and gentle in nature.

Conclusion

The most important advice in relation to Colloidal Silver use and the Herxheimer reaction is to “bear with the process”. The reaction is usually over within a few days and is well worth the cleansing and healing results. Plus, it is a sure sign that the Colloidal Silver is doing its job and working to help restore your body to natural health!

Warning: Any serious symptoms such as cardiac irregularity; breathing difficulties; chest, lung or throat constriction; significant swelling; or other severe symptoms should be given immediate medical attention.

Ok, update time. It's been 13 days since I started PATHS, and 10 days since I upgraded to 8 modules. The modules I'm using now are:
Ultimate Body
Enhanced Sexual Pleasure ~ Female

Effective Communication in the Workplace


I've been feeling a lot of cognitive dissonance for the last 10 days that's started to clear up today. I haven't been doing much at all and have felt really blah most of the time, with bits and pieces of normalcy or emmense gratitude when I'm in social company (especially with my husband, which I think is no coincidence).

I've been sleeping more than normal and exercising a lot more than normal.

I've been keeping a journal separately from these posts with my expectations. Today I checked my expectations against my current results.

My journal, broken down my module

Ultimate Body (1.5 month goal)
-tight, perky butt that looks really great in slacks and jeans
-flat tummy, current pants are a little loose
-beautiful, moist scalp and healthy hair growing
-toned arms, can do 10 man-style pushups without rest
-thinner thighs, space between them all the way up even when sitting with ankles hip width apart
-balanced feeling in my body, all muscles are tensing pulling at the same rates on both sides of my body
-easily visible shoulder muscles
Results: I haven't measured myself or checked any of this in detail, but I have been consistently having sore muscles that have no reason to be sore, especially my back/shoulder muscles.
I'll be taking full body measurements soon so that I can have some clothes tailored for me, so I'll be posting that soon.
I have also been doing a lot more exercise than usual, including dragging Miguel out to the tennis courts last night. On our way home, he asked me why I wanted to play tennis, because apparently I usually don't.


Defying Gravity (1.5 month goal)
-soft, supple, moist skin
-cheeks as soft as a baby's bottom
-daily morning cleansing routine
-daily evening personal care routine
-flawless skin without makeup
-perky boobs, looks as if they grew a size
Results: Defying gravity
-excellent soft skin today, surprised me
-pimples. Hmm... That must be the Herxheimer reaction.
-I have suddenly developed a much more organized morning routine and have stuck to it 9 days out of the 10


Enhanced Pleasure (1-1.5 month goal)
-great sex
Results: Yes, it's working!

Mood ~ Peace and Happiness goal
-feeling as if I'm in an upward mood spiral
-manifest some feel good things into my life
-smiling more often
Results: -upward spiral? Maybe I should change that to upward diagonal. If this is a spiral, I'm spending too much time so close to the bottom.
-Yes, I have manifested some good things into my life recently. Free dinner, free lunch, great advice, free books, etc.
-I don't feel like I'm smiling more often, but Miguel says that I am



Successful Living - outcome goal
-a new attitude of gratitude
-it seems like I've got a ton of new successful, supportive habits
-feeling 100% comfortable with my choices - no regret, doubt or buyer's remorse
-more productive thought patterns
-master of true positivity
-confidence in my ability to achieve my goals
-complete, solid, undying faith that I can achieve anything I set my mind to
-dedication to my goals
Results: -I have been practicing gratitude much more often, but it has been on a conscious basis as far as I know
-ton of new successful habits? maybe
-I am comfortable with my purchase choice, but not quite comfortable with the other choices
-Positivity. The other day I asked my husband (he has no idea what I'm doing) if he's noticed any changes in me recently. I asked if I'm different. He said that I seem to be much more positive recently. My first reaction has been a positive one and that has helped a lot.
-the confidence has come and gone. Sometimes I feel very confident, sometimes I feel like I've been beating myself up all weekend.
-dedication to my goals? I can't tell


Effective communication in the workplace goal

Ok, that's how I felt this morning on the way to work. But today, the Productivity and Stick Out at work ones really kicked in. Since my coworker is out, I've basically got all the workload to carry. It was a breeze, and I feel that I've gotten more done in the last 24 hours than in the previous whole week. Hurray!

Rebecca, it was a delight to read your post! You go girl! I am keeping a similar diary of my progress and my own measuring sticks (because in the end it is what I want out of the program not what *should* happen or what is happening to others!). It sounds like you are really noticing changes...keep the updates coming!

Hmmm...still no positive results for me. Also, strange, I sent an email to PATHS before the weekend to see if maybe my module is broken as advised by AARON, but they have ignored my emails. ???

The only email I got was a letter today congratulating me on it being 2 weeks since I started the program and how great things must be going.

Paul, I can't comment on why they haven't gotten back to you; it seems really, really strange to me. I have had great customer service so far...usually a response within 24 hours at the latest. Maybe try emailing them again? Something might have screwed up?? Since just about everywhere I have read (and also from personal experience) has commented on the effecient and quick customer service of paths I really think something is amiss with them not responding to you.

The email you received was just their in-built one directed to everyone (I receive those as well). But you probably knew that!!

You are giving PATHS a genuine trial, like several people on this thread, including myself, and it would be ashame for you not to at least have had a chance to update your modules before you make a decision.

Oh and a quick question; you have said that you have noticed no differences at all...does this include no changes in your sleep pattern at all?

I know that due to the various posts on this forum, if you are feeling skeptical, then not receiving a reply to your email might be compounding that feeling...(just a guess and I could be completely off base; it is how I would feel).

Just try emailing them again and also maybe send a PM to Aaron and Kevin (I think Kevin is under KevinESM or something).

I am so inspired by your organized report. I think you just kicked in my "Setting and Achieving Goals" module at a higher level for me!

I recognized so many of your results and other effects as ones I've been having. Tomorrow is my one month PATHS anniversary and I will post a concise and well-organized report, and dedicate it to your inspiration!

Regarding the balanced body thing, may I suggest that the next time you're at the library you pick up a book on the Alexander Technique? Danger Man and I have really been enjoying practicing it, and it seems to be making a pretty good difference in how we're distributing the load of gravity over our entire body so as to put ease in our movements and stillness.

What email address did you send your request to? I sent my first request to what I think is their administrative headquarters (pathsforliving@insightbb.com) and didn't get an immediate response.

The next day I emailed the address that was listed as alternative contact (info@paths-vx.com), and got a response within hours.

If any PATHS folks are still following this thread, it might be a good idea to make sure both addresses are being checked regularly!

As most of you will see by the timestamp on this post, it is written just after 8:30am. What's 8:30am? It's the time I put into my PATHS module for when to wake up. This morning at 8:30am, unexpectedly I just opened my eyes ready to go. I looked at my watch thinking "What TIME is it?", because it seemed early for me (I normally go to sleep really late and get up at 9:15ish ). THen I clued in... 8:30am is my Path's alarm clock time...

So, I got out of bed and my first thought was "Watch, now I'll check my email and there will be an email reply from PATHs." Guess what? Here's what I got:

I sincerely apologize that your email was not responded to earlier. I am an affiliate, and I set this new email account up recently on an untested server. I've checked it every day for 3 weeks, and no emails arrived. Then last night, a bunch of old emails popped up.

Not an excuse, but not PATHS fault. It's mine, and I'll be in touch with my email provider today.

It was sent at 3:18am. So someone must have fixed something.

So, that's my newest report. To the skeptics, this isn't proof of anything, but in my mind I know two things:
(1) I know skeptics will call this a co-incidence, I've been using LoA long enough to know the difference between co-incidence and synchronicity, not based on the events themselves, but the feeling in my gut/intuition about the events.
(2) I kind of half-know I created these two events using LoA.

Well, as always, I'll keep reporting my results honestly (good or bad), and keep you guys updated.

Ok, gotta go, make use of the extra 45minutes I have this morning. Well, 30mins now
