Premonition or LOA

Hi everyone
Say I'm driving into town and the image of someone I know pops into my head and then I see him in town - have I attracted him into my space or am I psychic and seeing his image was a premonition??
This sort of thing happens to me alot - I'll get a sense of something happening and then it does. Attraction or premonition. I'm never sure.
Any thoughts, clarity anyone??

If the thought just popped up, I'd say it's premonition. This happens to me a lot with my partner

Certainly.

Everything that happens to you occurs in response to the the personal vibrational signals you are emitting as a point of consciousness. You are always emitting these signals and you can't stop. What you focus on (or in other-words your thoughts) determines the signals you are emitting. A matching signal to your thoughts is being queued up for you to experience whether you consciously realize it, or you don't.

You are also one with all that is. Your consciousness is interfaced with everything in existence. Thus, you have a subconscious awareness of the flow of all energy everywhere. Because of this, you can sense things before they happen in your perception of time. You can catch glimpses of future events before they happen. You can have premonitions, in other-words, of the potential events that are queued to unfold based on the current nature of your thoughts.

This is why I say it is both, because you are catching glimpses of future energy flow but it is energy flow that YOU created by virtue of the predominant thoughts you have been having. However, keep in mind, these premonitions may not occur if the nature of your thoughts change drastically enough.

So out of the blue I think about a person on my trip into town and then I see him in town. The thought about him was just part of the stream of random thoughts I wasn't even aware that I'd been having but this one popped out and I focused on it. Focusing on it attracted him into my space, but maybe he may have come into my space anyway since that was the direction my thoughts were heading in, unbeknownst to me, and in that sense my thought of him was a premonition.
