No it's not quite as Steve describes but then there is more than one way to skin a cat. If the LOA works all the time then the way I implement it gets results for me. Planning is effectively a way of concentrating your thoughts and clarifying an intention. Since this approach works for me and money comes relatively easily (as do most other things) I must be doing something right.
