If I see my outer world as a reflection of my inner world, then what does manifestation mean? Every description of LoA correlates the inner experience to the outer in some way. I would wonder that any inner experience, if maintained, eventually results in the outside world matching that experience. If you can think of any idea that energizes you, for instance winning a million dollars, and you hold that feeling that you really like for a little while, it seems that feeling does something to reality. This occurs often enough for me, that when I experience any joyful state of mind, it brings about effects in the world around me. This seems like a valuable exercise for any category where you feel like you are lacking something. The more you feel like you are lacking, the more energy you will feel when you imagine something that relieves the lack. I like considering this reality as having a lot of mass to it. Imagine a 10,000 pound steel ball that you can push against and each moment of pushing changes the momentum of that ball. Pushing is not effort. Pushing is the energy that is felt depending on where our focus is. I see this reality as having a much heavier mass than a conscious dream reality, where shifting reality usually only takes seconds. I also like the concept of questioning the weight of the steel ball. For me it seems that my waking reality shifts much quicker than it used to. I like to think it's because I don't have as many limiting beliefs that I need to drag along with me. Those limiting beliefs seem so heavy. They increase momentum. When I am in a dream and recognize it, my limiting beliefs all vanish. It is as if that ball becomes as light as a tennis ball. I could throw it anywhere I want. I can experience anything I choose right now. The outside world instantly reflects the inside world. It moves effortlessly and quickly. As I let go of limiting beliefs, reality becomes closer and closer to a dream state, where things shift faster and faster. In conclusion, what focus really is of benefit at any moment? Find something that sends energy coursing through you. If you're repressing your sadness, let it flow! If some energy demands to be released, it wins. You're not getting anywhere until you let it have what it wants. If imagining having a million dollars sends energy coursing through you, go there! Let lots and lots of energy flow, in whatever way it is willing to show up. There are very few out there that complain about reality moving too fast. Moving too quickly just isn't a concern in this age, or at the end of this age, or whatever. So let the intensity begin! Find the area of your life that feels the most stagnant, and imagine what it would feel like to let energy flow like a bat out of hell. Watch reality go crazy. Then put on a big cheezy smile like this green guy over here: |
