Default Success

I've been studying LOA for a few years now...quite a few actually, and I have had some degree of success.
My question is, Who has done it successfully? Who has the car, the boat, the house? Who has risen from abject poverty to the penthouse? Anyone?
Are there any stories out there that could convince me that this works on a large scale?

I think it works but it takes time and it matters how dedicated you are to it. Also people's desires continue to expand so as they obtain the car, they want the house, then they want a newer car.

If you are looking for stories of instant manifestation those might be harder to find but if your looking for people who's lives have improved over the years of implementing LOA practices I am sure those might be relatively easy to find.

I personally thought I was using LOA practices until recently. Some people think that just knowing about it means they are practicing it. Or "trying".... It takes conscious commitment but I believe it does it make a difference if dedicated.

Eventually LOA practices become default and you do them automatically that is when the magic starts happening. It takes some reprogramming of the mind.

You have instant manifestations when you're enlightened (christ conscious, higher conscious, in the vortex, whatever you want to call it.) The better you feel the faster your manifestations come, but clinging to what you want manifested will make you feel bad. Needing it will hold you vibrationally apart from it, as my signature implies.

You really gotta inundate yourself with LoA materials to get good at it, just as you'd have to read a lot of cooking manuals to become a good chef. It's just practice and persistence.

I would read Tolle's books if you wanna be enlightened in like.. a few days.

It takes at least two weeks to become fully enlightened by reading Tolle. On the third week you can manifest $100 bills from thin air by snapping your fingers.

What happened with me originally was I put it down since it conflicted with my positive thinking belief system.

Then I kept hearing success story after success story so I picked up the abridged version "Practicing The Power of Now" and just worked it like crazy. The first time I had the inner peace he spoke about for a little bit which faded into my positive thought beliefs, but the second time I read it I was able to bridge the gap between the two and bam, I got it within an hour or 2.

No. No one is going to be able to convince you. You'll fight, defend and resist.

You got it backwards. You are trying to look for externals to justify your internal belief.

But, since you been studying LoA for years, I think you already know this.

I don't agree with the people saying that he's hopeless

While I do sense resistance, the fact that he's looking for proof is enough to say that he's at least open to the idea.

At first when I started studying LoA I would use it for tiny things, but as I got more involved seeing it used for big things I became more open to it.

I think OP just wants to see to believe the believing then seeing.

Nothing wrong with wanting proof. I needed a lot of scientific evidence before I really got involved.

Well, you have. You've said it yourself. "Some degree of success" is still success.

If you've been studying the LoA for quite a few years, you've already come across plenty of stories about how it can work on what you consider "a large scale." So why aren't they enough to convince you? And if they aren't enough to convince you, then why do you expect our stories to?

I'm not asking these questions to be hostile, or to put you in the hot seat. I'm asking them because you're already getting proof that it works--yet for some reason that's not good enough for you. So you're looking for more of the exact same kind of evidence you've already been given--evidence that you've either dismissed or denigrated (because if you hadn't you wouldn't be seeking more).

If you're having trouble convincing yourself that this all works, asking for more anecdata (that will further fail to convince you) is unproductive. Instead, try looking at the subconscious reasons why you remain unconvinced. A good place to start is noticing every time you think, "Yeah, but--," because in each one of those "Yeah, buts" is a block to getting what you want.
