maybe we're drawn to threads that our subconscious has sought
out. so that when we formulate the answer, we can then hear what
we needed to tell ourselves.

or am i reading too much into it?

Excellent point! I've heard people say that we teach what we most need to learn - I think this along the same lines.

It kind of supports the idea that we already have all the knowledge we need inside of us...we just need to activate it.

Yes. I'm in Subjective Reality mode, so of course. And even SR notwithstanding, I find myself answering my own dilemmas when I'm responding to others, or an epiphany about my own situation will happen as I respond. That is why I am generous with my responses, it's selfishly about me.

I think that every post is an answer to ourselves.

I also think every post someone else makes is equally an answer to ourselves.

I think our responses are generated from within us, so they all are a measure of what is going on inside of us at any given moment. That's not to say that the advice we give directly translates to what we ourselves need to hear, but, rather, that the advice we give is fueled by an emotion or thought and that if we peer behind our posts, we can see what emotion or thought it is that drove us to post what we do.
