The law of attraction subject is all very much a question of how we can tap into the source of wisdom and fine tune our intuition to guide us down the right path. When we impress our subconscious with the intention to receive the answers and can acknowledge how this feeling speaks to our anayltical mind, then we can experience the magic.

Imagining the conscious experience of winning and holding onto that winning feeling of relief, prosperity and security is not that easy, however.

So do you believe we have the power to influence the numbers and determine the win, or does the win already on the timeline determine the way the numbers will be received by the mind in the present?

Precognition, backward causality and how to consciously influence a chance event with feeling. This would be free will but the power of the soul is determined by the will of God...

If I'm understanding the question right..

I think that it can be both ways. Most commonly I think that it would have something to do with putting someone in the right place at the right time.

Say the guy in front of you in line for tickets all of a sudden realizes someone is stealing his car so he runs away and coincidentially you get to the counter first and get the ticket he would have got.

Then you all of a sudden have a winning ticket.

I don't do lottery so idk how the system works.

I just use LOA to get me in the right place at the right time. Which can include meeting people who lead to business oppertunities.

That might apply if both were going to buy "lucky dip" tickets - numbers chosen by the computer. But numbers chosen off the top of your head is what I'm thinking about. Subconscious knowing or an awareness to those numbers. There can be any amount of winners. It can be put down to a psychic / intuitive experience. And yes, a number of clairvoyants have intentionally won.

So I'm asking if we have the ability to influence an outcome to a chance event -create synchronicity at will, or does the physical event predetermine awareness to its manifestation?
