I ran into this message and man did I like it.. so just sharing it.. (haven't even read it all yet)

Looking at these 5 aspects from my perspective..

1) You identify the timeline you wish to move into.

Holodeck

2) You shift your vibrational state to match the timeline.

Command vibration/reality

3) You lock in the vibrational state so it does not waver.

Mostly, locked in

4) You take an action that is an expression of the new timeline.

I actually have done this travelling is in part.. part of that for me

but so's hanging with my family..

(and so's gaming and movie watching for that matter

)

5) Persevere

Theoretically this is where I'm at.. but damn this boat is rocky..

If something really embarrassing happened to you, could you go to a reality where it was like it didnt happen, or no one noticed it, or no one remembers...?

Yep, that's possible

I think it's more realistic though to just let go of the problem
