Default Fear...!

Hi,

After searching the a lot for the reason why I am not been able to manifest properly, I suddenly came to know that I "FEAR" a lot.

I fear always when I go for an interview.

I fear always "whether I will get selected or not?"

I fear that, am I able to complete the task correctly or on time?

I fear, am I capable of doing the things correctly (included correctly understanding the issues etc)??

I fear to ask the question even I have not understood the topic or to give answer when faculty have asked me the question.

The list will go on….

To cope with all above problems I have tried various strategies but nothing has worked for me and some strategies have worked once but not second time…

This FEAR factor is ruining my reality to manifest in my desires r thoughts..

Any suggestions to cope with it…???

I do not "cope with it".

Fear is basically fear of loss of self image, self imagination, or who I think I am. (I am actually unable to describe myself. Any time I try to, all that comes to mind is an image, which is not-me).

When I see fear, and am conscious, I move deeply into the present, now, being. All else is not-being - moving by from future to past.

When i feel fear in my life, i try to question it to find from where it comes from. I'm actually writing a daily report of my experiment with the law of attraction, and i noticed that i feared my goals. And i achieved to overcom them just by questioning them.

I start to talk aboput fear only at day 2 but it helps to follow from the beginning.
But here is an excerpt: "
What could be the most effective and quickest way to achieve this goal? I have to say that I don’t find the solution right away… So let me think a little bit… For me, the number one reason why I can’t do it now is for money. With money I would do it right now! But, a question comes to my mind now… Is it true? If I had the money, would I do it right now? I feel inside of me a resistance when I imagine myself able to do it… Oh, this is great news to be able to see it because it is a feeling hidden very deep that can plays against me to achieve this goal. Because according to the law of attraction rules, here, I’m experiencing a double order. The first one is I want to move in Vancouver, and this second one, Is, oh I don’t know if I want, and I feel fear to be really honest.

So, here is mixed intention which inevitably plays against me… Moreover I imagine that if the direct solution to this goal is to have money and that I have a mixed intention about it, I’m sure money won’t come because my intention is mixed… So, it can play against my third goal too, which is earning 2000 Euros/ month at least by the 1st of December 2010. So I have to find out what happens and why I feel fear. I will come back later on this and give me time to think about it. But I’m happy because I’ve found an interesting and very useful thing to help me achieve this experiment!"

Fear does not cause you directly to manifest anything. If you push forward with courage and your heart into it, fear won't cause anything wrong unless you still feel fearful during the things you initially feared.

Courage and love can take you a long way!

Here is what works for me:
  1. Stop preparing for the worst to happen. - Whenever you worry, you are holding in mind what you don’t want and that is what you tend to get.
  2. Acknowledge your fear. - What you resist persists. If you acknowledge your fears and even accept them, then they have less power in your life.
  3. Surrender to your fear. - If you simply surrender to your fears, not only do they release instantly, but also it invites the universe, your higher self, and any other higher power to assist you.
  4. Release your fear. - The Release Technique and the Sedona Method have some terrific techniques for letting go of fear.
