I want to change my whole entire body...from head to toe. I have written some affirmations down on paper like...I am 150 lbs, I am 5ft8 etc. Will programming these affirmations into my mind transform my body? What do you think i should do to accomplish this goal? I would love to hear what you all think. And if anyone has accomplished physical changes please share your results...ThankZ! |

I know it is easy to say, but first try to accept your body as it is, exactly as it is now before changing. Try to be kind to yourself. This body is already you. Then, changes will be easier. In the film "What the bleep do we know" (long version from 2006), there is a nice scene with the lady playing the first character. Maybe inspiring. “For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.” Audrey Hepburn Good luck, many of us support you by thoughts

Just eat less, but still eat what you love (still have junk, but not everyday, make it a reward like once a week) I lost 10 kgs (22lbs?) by just putting less in and with no added exercise. I still drank beer (not as much) and had junk once a week. Instead of two sandwiches and a piece of cake and an apple. I had one sandwich and the apple. The secret is not to change too dramatically, as it won't last. A friend of mine went crazy, change his whole diet really drastically and lost 20kgs! 12 months later he's put 12 back on, because he couldn't sustain the dramatic change in diet, food prep, family dinner times etc. As for the affirmation side it's the same. Observation is creative, so observe and affirm that you are the way you desire to be. Reality is a program that runs 24/7, your thoughts are the instructions to that program, so rewrite the program, by rewriting your thoughts. Accept total responsibility for where you are and who you are and commit to the goal. HTH Jeff |

Karess, Changing your physical appearance is absolutely possible. I know quiet a few folks personally who have lost weight, gained muscle, changed bust sizes and gotten rid of presciption glasses. Do the affirmations while working out, as Steve suggested, but remember that emotion is the key to manifesting. Visualization with emotion is more powerful than affirmations. Know for sure, for certain, that this is where you are going and see yourself as you want to create your body. It will happen. Rebecca |

Meaning, if you went to the mirror right now and snapped your fingers and BAM your body all of a sudden changes from what it is right now to what you want it to instantly, that would probably "break reality" for you. You'd probably freak out, and would start questioning the point of life if you could just have anything you want by snapping your fingers. For example, if you want to be 150lbs to impress a member of the opposite sex, why not just snap your fingers and manifest them being impressed with your current body? But then you'd have to ask yourself why you're trying to impress them in the first place...is it to have them fall in love with you? Why not manifest that? Why do you want that though? So that you feel love? Why not just manifest feeling love all around you forever, by snapping your fingers? See, when you "break reality" and get "instant manifestation of anything you desire" it kind of screws up life...takes away all challenge and learning experience or the need for time. I believe that most of us have a very strong subconscious belief that says: "Do NOT, under any circumstances, screw up this illusion of reality that I'm so attached to." So, trying to "manifest" something out of "thin air" is hard for us without "breaking reality". The trick is to have an "out". An "out" is a "logical explanation" you tell yourself to explain how something came about without breaking your reality. So, for example, if you start saying affirmations and start working out like Steve suggests, and you gain 15lbs of muscle and are now 150lbs like you wanted, it's very easy to logically justify HOW the 15lbs of muscle came about. My suggestion is to find the easiest way to get what you want without "breaking reality". For example, there is a system called "Static Contraction" training that supposedly helps you pack on muscle really fast. Study the "science" behind it and then apply it with your affirmations so that you have an "out" as to how it happened. If you want to change eye color, Google scientific studies or examples of people who have changed their eye color. Once you can accept that such a thing is in the realm of reality, you will no longer be breaking reality by manifesting it. Look into the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton. He's done some amazing work in the field of beliefs and DNA. Basically proven that our beliefs have the ability to alter our DNA. If beliefs can alter DNA and DNA controls our body blueprint than there is your "science" that things about your body can be changed without breaking reality. So many people while testing LoA have a secret agenda of not really wanting to manifest something, but rather to have the power to manifest anything instantly as in having a magic wand. They have an intention to break reality, not realizing that they also have a counter-intention that's WAY stronger NOT to break reality.

I have to admit that was cleaver. My advice, that I will use on me, is that don't have to use "magic bullets", it really will break our reality. If we pop the red pill nothing will be same and we'll find other problems that we can't deal with. Changing your physical body is obviously unsolvable problem for most of the people. Even those who promote LOA are getting around this idea by saying they don't care about how they look and how inner beauty is what's important. This is one of the strongest beliefs held, like gravity. Today is easier to find free energy than pay the doctors to reshape your nose without looking artificial. If we have a belief that bodies can be reshaped and look hot and sexy and have the divine proportion like models than we can just be calm and do our job. First of all we have to find a reason why we look the way we look? Do we eat unhealthy (I don't think so), do we think bad thoughts? Did we have enough good thoughts towards our bodies? What is attractiveness? - Is it cultural? - Is it genes? - Is it map of our way of life? - Is it our frame of reality? - Is it map of our thoughts? - Is it karma? - Is it stars? Bruce Lipton answer some of these questions partially. He's saying that our life is controlled not by our genes but by our perception. Something that starts with our first cell, long before we're born. At that time our perception is connected with our parents perception of life and if they live in stress and unhealthy they are saying to us (our cells) that out there is bad and hard to live so we develop bodies that suits with this reality. But we all know that most of us wouldn't live that hard if we're not pressured by the society that way because today is many times more important how you look, how much money you have or what car you drive than any other qualities that you can have. We live in a world faked by media and PR agencies that is hard only in our heads. So if Bruce Lipton is wright than we have science based fact to start changing the way we look without break our current reality. I think I manifested Bruce Lipton's book by using LOA so for me it worked in a way that didn't brake my current reality. |
