Default The Real Key to Manifestation

The GF swears by this method. After you set an intention, set daily "demonstrations" to prove to the universe and yourself that you are both serious about and worthy of your intentions.

Examples:

Intention: I will lose X pounds by July 4th.

Demonstration: I will go for a one hour walk daily from now till the 4th of July.

Intention: I want to meet someone and have a relationship.

Demonstration: I will start going to the places where I would take my GF/BF because it increases my chances of meeting someone who shares my interests.

Intention: I want a new job.

Demonstration: I will apply to 10 job openings per week until I have my ideal job.


She got the "demonstrations" thing from a woman called Ghalil.

It works.

Makes perfect sense. Not only your thoughts but your actions are also aligned with your goals. I find that taking a certain action towards the goal, no matter how small, seems to inbed that goal in my mind and start building the momentum much more than 100s of affirmations.

James Ray says you have to be "3 for 3" meaning that your thoughts, emotions, and actions all have to be in alignment.

Writing down your demonstrations the evening before creates a sense of anticipation and excitement about moving closer to your goals.

Hmm.... I wonder how that would work if you've got an illness or your in a relationship you enjoy but it's on the rocks.

I know someone who's very ill and I myself have some relationship problems and nothing I do can seem to make it right, especially since it started off so amazingly and went along just as well..... blah. Maybe I'll start doing some of the older stuff, or talk about it or maybe something.

I think there's a lot of demonstrations you can do to help mend a relationship--eg I will agree to counciling once a week, I will do something romantic for my partner every day, I will take better care of myself to be more attractive to my partner, etc... There's no shortage of things a person can do to improve their relationship.

I think the same goes for illness--eg I will do all my prescribed therapies, I will spend more time with people who make me feel more positive about healing, I will only eat pure, organic, healing foods, I will research and explore new alternative remedies, etc...whatever feels right for you.

Improving relationships are easy. As your demostration, make a list of everything that you like and appreciate about that person and that relationship, and review it/add to it every day.

If you are truly appreciating someone else 100%, then the only way your relationship could be 'on the rocks' is if a) You don't love yourself, or b) it's not the right time for this relationship.

You might wonder how good the result could be if you tried this yourself.
